Very clean comfortable and friendly. Got a lift from ferry terminal in the middle of the night and we are very grateful.. Charming family. Very near beach supermarkets and nice restaurants. Fab!

Roula and her parents were lovely people and made us very welcome. The room was comfortable,clean and well equipped and had a balcony overlooking the garden. The beach was an easy walk away and we could also walk to Chora. We enjoyed our stay

Maroula arranged for me to get picked up from the ferry stop, even thought I arrived at 1AM. Throughout my time in Astypalea, she continued to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend Anixi to anyone looking for a place to stay!

I didn't like that a good stay with Maria and Nicolas, the sincere hosts of Astypalea Anixi apartment, ended very quickly. I love them both for these people's love for other people and their sincere communication.

I really liked Grandma Maria and the real Greek coffee prepared daily. I really liked the homemade cake baked by Maria, and I liked the birthday party and the cake with 4 candles the most. At the celebration, I played a song about Mother in Lithuanian on the guitar. I liked being able to communicate sincerely with the host Nicolas, a very interesting person. We talked a lot about our lives and families. Loved the rooms and great beds for sleeping. the mattress was great, the bed was long, the bedding smelled of fresh air and the view from the room was great. liked the place of residence - 500 meters to Livadia beach, about 1.8 km on foot to the town of Chora. A wonderful castle, an interesting climb up the narrow streets of the city. From the top of the castle there is a great panorama of the island. The island of Astypalea is large in area, but sparsely inhabited due to geographical features - it consists mainly of mountains, rocks, very rarely rains and very poor vegetation in the mountains. People grow fruit trees in their backyards - pomegranates, oranges, lemons. however, they are watered with fresh water. In Astypaleja, there is an internet platform - AstyGow - this is a program (Apps) that we install and which allows you to travel cheaply by electric car around the island, to the airport with a driver or to drive an electric car yourself. it is convenient and cheap - 4 euros airport Livadia beach. The interesting thing is that there are pomegranate fruits growing everywhere in the yards, which are sweet. The hosts of my villa, Maria and Nocol, LET ME PICK FROM THE TREE AND EAT AS MUCH AS I WANT.

There's not much to do in Astypelea, that's a good thing, right!? it's absolutely beautiful but I'd have liked a little more to do, I'm being fussy... chill out, go to the beach, see proper 'Drachma Greece' it's so relaxing there, the sea is amazing, the beach close by is one of the best

The hosts are excellent, I was met at reception with a really lovely welcome. The grounds of the apartments are full of grape vines, orange and pomegranate, so are quiet and pretty. It's a 10 min stroll to the beach and some tavernas and little supermarkets. The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again. They even helped with finding a person to hire a car from, great service from them and a brilliant price, for once, much cheaper to book on the island than in advance. Astypelea have a trial of taxis with VW for electric cars, nowhere on the island for more than 4 euros, you just need to download the app

What an absolutely amazing experience. The folks who run this place are absolutely amazing and treat you like family. Yes it’s a little behind the beach area (5-6 minutes) but you will get to stay in the ultimate family environment. I as sad to leave!

Anixi is a pleasant place to stay. It's located just a short walk on the flat from the beach, shops and tavernas of Livadi, surrounded by an orchard producing pomegranates and bananas, with a bus-stop at the front gate. My room was clean and comfortable. The owners of this family-run business provided a warm welcome and were helpful and friendly.

Roula and her family were excellent hosts, and it was great to chat with them as we were waiting for our departure. The room was very comfy and clean, and is located in a beautiful tranquil area set back from the beach at Livadi. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but would definitely like to come back and visit again.

The photo of the accommodation were in the first instance misleading but after changing rooms they were a bit nearer what we expected. The noise which was considerable, between birds, chickens and dogs was never ending, even throughout the night.

Eventually we got a room that satisfied our needs. They found a kettle to boil our water never found a toaster but did have a sandwich maker. So all ok.
