Coming home.

It was like becoming a member of the family, there was food and wine in the fridge, I got a present and Anna's mother cooked us an amazing Greek meal. The location is out of this world and the beach just down the road through the olive trees.

This is one of the places for which I cannot find anything that I do not like.

The property and the hosts were more than ‚10‘. It was sparkling clean, we had everything you would need. Anna-Maria and her mother made us feel great. We were welcomed with wine, water and treats, advice for good restaurants and quick response to all the questions and requests we had. The house has nice garden with old olive trees, which make you feel the Greek spirit:-) The terrace in front of the house with two seating areas was also all you need in the summer. There is beach very close, but we preferred to walk 15 min to Arriba beach which I would strongly recommend-big pine trees-natural shadow,!nice music, very friendly and smiling waitresses, clear water.

The house was in the middle of nature so there is a quite wild life. The bees and mosquitoes around was quite aggressive but there is nothing the host can do about it outside. For the inside it would be great to have as well a small mosquito repellent.

Everything was as described and beyond that. Anna Maria asked if we need anything and helped when required. Also she had provided some foods and complimentary wine and as well some small gifts.

This modern property is located in a very quiet and charming environment, surrounded by olive trees. The beach is just about 300 meters. There also is a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance. The host (Anna-Maria) went out of her way to make us comfortable and supply us with all relevant information. Staying at the end of the season in October, the property also has some excellent heating which kept us warm.

One of the digits in the Wifi pass code looks like a 9 but is actually a 2. That's all I can think of! I honestly can't think of anything bad to say - I had a lovely time there. There is even a fire extinguisher so safety is also included.

A quality hot shower affixed to the wall (not all places have somewhere to hold the shower head). The solar powered water heater produces plenty of hot water, but there's also a boiler switch if you need it. All fixtures/fittings are quality so the word "Luxury" is correct. It's more spacious than the photos depict. The sandy beach is just a few minutes walk, as are tavernas and the supermarket. A quiet peaceful location with two sets of high quality tables/chairs outside on the ornate patio. One table for eating, the other for lounging and drinking. Every morning I sat outside sipping my coffee watching the small green birds flit comically in the Olive trees, never making a sound except a flutter and an occasional click. Some mornings I was graced by beautiful Hoopoe birds foraging - they are very timid so you need to sit still to admire these wonderful creatures. At the end of a weary day (weary from swimming or weary from the many bars...) there is a double bed to greet you with luxurious comfort and you will sleep like a baby. If sleep is not upon you then there is WiFi and satellite TV with some 1600 channels. One channel in the first 30 shows English audio films with Greek subtitles. In summary I'd say this accommodation is typical of "basic Greek charm" - somewhere to sleep, somewhere to wash, somewhere cook. Anna Maria clearly isn't content with "basic" and every fitting/fixture is from the expensive part of the range - even the solid front door feels like it was taken from a castle! Why did I rate "Value for money" 3/4 and not 4/4? Because I think it is a very fair price for the accommodation - I didn't feel "overcharged" (2/4) and I was staying by myself, not sharing the cost with friends. Had the price been 10 euros per week then I would say that is *excellent* value for money (4/4).

Situated in a peaceful area full of olive trees, this house is ideal not only for families but for solo travellers as well. Brand-new, super clean, equipped with a kitchen including a fridge, a cooker and oven and of course all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare either breakfast or lunch and dinner. There's even a washing machine and an iron! There's also a bedroom with a wardrobe and a superb bathroom. What my husband and I and especially our children loved is the garden. Surrounded by bushes so you cannot be seen by anyone, we enjoyed our nights under the star-filled sky. The perfectly clear and sandy beach is within approximately a 5 minute walk. We didn't even have to carry an umbrella since there was natural shade under the olive trees. The owner is the sweetest person in the world and she made us feel welcome. Overall, a destination we'll definitely be going over and over again..!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very lovely apartment equipped with everything you need and more: comfortable bed, rainforest shower, a wonderful garden with plenty of nice and comfortable seating areas, a very friendly and supportive host, close to the beach… A wonderful quiet place to rest and relax.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The apartment is new, comfortable, simple but with everything you need and even more. And you can see the attention to details. It is in the middle of an olive orchard, so the quiet and privacy are ensured. The yard is spacious with sun beds, a swing, barbeque facilities, even a shower which is great when you come from the beach. The nearest beach is not organized but for us it was great, you can feel that you have your own private beach with olive and pine trees. The water is shallow which is again great for small children. There is sand and small pebbles. The host, Anna Maria, and her family are great people. Ready to help but respecting your privacy. We feel that we have gain a Greek family.

Perfect place for 2 adults wishing for peace and quiet on the northwestern part of Thassos. Placed inside an olive tree orchard, secluded and safe, it is new (2021) and perfectly clean. The bed has an excellent mattress and pillows, allegation free amenities as of the rest of the property. Kitchen is complete with coffee filter and espresso machine, big refrigerator and everything else for light meals and breakfast. It is a 7 min walk to a naturally shaded sand beach, 10 min walk to Vicky's Taverna which we learnt to be the best choice around. VERY nice owners is the big bonus of this excellent stay
