Super cute and cozy. Hidden a bit away from the center, nights are totaly quiet with zero noise. You'll get a good good sleep! Justin, the host is always there to help. I ll def.be back next year!

The kitchen is ill-equipped for cooking but for having breakfast is fine; the bathroom needs renovation.

It is a good value for money.The location is good with a lot of taverns and restaurants nearby with excellent food,the old town Malia is near.The apartment is spacious with a pool view. Wi-Fi is very good. We enjoy our stay.

The walls/floors are not necessarily well sound-proofed so it can sometimes be distracting if you have noisy neighbours.

The property is well situated in the old town and close to some very good restaurants. Even though I didn't try it, it has a decent sized swimming pool.

The location can appear to be a little far from the beach but the daily walk, approx 15-16 minutes was only positive and there are many opportunities to have a coffe break, breakfast or just a cold drink :-) The upside with this particular location is a quiet area with everything you need within a short ditance and additionally the fact that you are more or less within Malia Old Town. Across the street you will find "Sopelos", one of Malias best restaurants for genuin greek food. The staff is excellent, Maria is a proffesional caring host and everybody working there, including Hotel 24/7 will to anything to make your stay a memorable one.

The bathroom was a little too small for a tall person.

The apartament was a really good one. Its location is quiet and calm, but you need only 15 min walk to central points or the beach. We had well equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed and AC, which is a must with high temperatures outside. Also the staff was very welcoming and kind. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

This apartment was just right for us. Maybe a few more cooking utensils such as a cheese grater and a flat cooking utensil to flip eggs etc. The apartment was great value for money.

The hotel and accommodation reflected the photos, hotel description and comments of others perfectly. The large mahogany coloured wooden door, window frames and shutters give the property a charming traditional feel. Anna and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely. Location was great, just 3 min walk from the beautiful and charming old town; 10 minutes from the high street and 20 minute walk from the beach.

Tiny gaps in the door and window frames allowed moskitos to come in. However efforts were made to get rid of them by room service. Not a big deal for us.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, both at Anna Maria, as well as at the attached hotel. Our bathroom light didn't work one day and was immediately fixed while we were out for the day. All items that were listed as "available upon request" had already been placed into our room when we got there, as well as a large bottle of water in the fridge.

The Anna Maria studio apartments are located right beside hotel 24/7 which makes it a lovely social experience. The staff in both establishments are friendly, fun and really generous with their time and facilities. I wish I could have gotten to know them better but we were only staying a few days! The bedroom itself is comfortable, our air conditioning and fridge were a bit weak and didn't fully keep things cool (especially in the beginning of our stay). However, it is such a minor detail as everything available at the apartment was beyond enough. I had such a lovely stay and would recommend it to any of my friends. Hopefully I'll be back soon! Our apartment was spacious, had everything we needed, and two patios. The hotel is away from the loud party scene, which we appreciated, but close to several excellent restaurants. The pool was lovely on a hot afternoon. And Justin was an attentive and welcoming host.

I booked a room with a balcony with a view and they gave us a semi underground room with no view. It was a clean room with a lot of space but you can’t sell balcony and give the customer a semi underground room. It’s embarrassing for you mostly. Nevertheless it was a nice room

We found the apartment really dirty, not only the common areas, but especially the bathroom, both on the floor and in the toilet. When we asked to clean up the bathroom, the manager replied "it's not a 5 star hotel". the lady just wiped a dirty rag on the toilet, on the floor, and on the sink. we had to disinfect the bathroom ourselves. I don't know how there can be such high ratings: unsympathetic staff, all night noise of partying kids, dirty place. And I speak, having slept everywhere in my life.

I did not like a particularly grumpy couple next door to us who did not like the fact that me and my friends had a quiet night in, they seemed to have the attitude that they should be the only ones allowed on the balcony if they were outside.

I loved the room size, the facilities were so top notch me and my friends were able to make an excellent steak together when i badly damaged my leg, the staff were more than amazing. The cleaner was such a happy lady and gave us great advice on things to do on the amazing island of crete and after she had visited our room was always spotless. Justin is a fantastic host who was always up for a chat and helped us in every which way, even going that much further by giving me in particular painkillers when I was in desperate need. Air con was superb, pool is lovely and refreshing, great selection of beers available as well as Ice Creams. Location is also fantastic, situated in the heart of the old town with great transport links. For what you pay for, this place is more than worth it, would happily come again 10 times over.

The property has almost no isolation, making it very difficult to sleep because youth was making noise until 6:00, banging doors, banging windows, yelling, playing loud music. running in the corridor, moving furniture and chairs all the time. The room also normally had a balcony, but this was inaccessible due to the leaking airco. The airco was also only available in 1 room.

Ana is super friendly and helpful. The apartments are well located in Malia old town and the main strip is less than a 10 minute walk away. Apartments are clean and well organised with balconies overlooking the pool and good WiFi.
