There could have been more information at the hotel about what to do in the area. A long walk to the nearest bus stop, but work is being done on the highway, certainly not the hotel's fault!

Excellent location, close to a small beach and the small town of Georgioupolis with plenty of lovely tavernas. Comfortable spacious room. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

Very good 2-floor appartment with own swimmingpool enterance.. Preatty intimate atmosphere for the family. If U prefare - area with exclusive villa or appartments grouped arround a larger pool. Preatty good breckfast. Gym in a hotel area. Very good location in a nice village - 5 min. walk to the center or a sea shore.

Hot water was a real issue. We didn't have hot water in the mornings once during our stay and if left too late in the evening the water was just luke warm. I guess this was due to the solar panels that heat the water. When the sun didn't shine the water didn't get warm!!

Lovely staff, exceptionally clean, new bed linen every other day, clean towels every day, maid service every day and rooms serviced with real love and care. Great size immaculate pool with plenty of quality sun loungers and a nice bar area. Although early in the season the grounds were well tended and neat. Perfect location just 10 minutes walk from the village.

The only complaint is that the pillows are too thick and hard, but this is a matter of personal preference.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful hotel. The location is ideally situated in a quiet area 500m from the village and the nearest beach. The hotel is very well equipped and clean, the staff helpful and attentive and the breakfast exceptional.

Great location ! The staff was friendly and Mr Giannis (the owner) able to help you with any question that we had and give you tips for the Centre of Georgioupoli ! Lovely and clean in a great location. Beautiful mountains outside your window and our 1 and 4 year old loved the kids splash park. We had a lovely time there and would recommend to anyone.

Overpriced compared to other places nearby (toilet seat was stained and didn’t feel clean, shower head had to be held as there was no hook on the wall, balcony door did not lock and was not fixed and we weren’t aware that we had to pay a daily charge to use the safe, gym and for pool towels).

Lovely and friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast and VERY comfortable and clean bed.

Arrived at 4.20pm but not given access to the room until 6pm. Manhole cover removed on room's private terrace and manhole full of water creating a health and safety risk and although a temporary board cover was provided within an hour, half the terrace was unusable and the terrace left dirty. 2 balconies but no furniture provided on either. Coffee maker but no coffee in the room. No double top sheets for the bed (2 single sheets provided for a double bed instead!). Pool towels only available at extra cost. Extra charge for use of in-room safe. Mosaic tiles falling off pool sides.

Large 2 bed villa upgrade as room not available.

Our emergency light wouldn’t go off in the living room where the children were supposed to sleep on the sofa bed. We complained and they covered the light fitting with a bag / tape and laughed. The children struggled to sleep as it didn’t block out the bright light. The table lamp was wired directly into the main’s power in the bedroom and had a live cable exposed at the wall and also the cables were taped together; the bedside lamps also being in very poor condition. We complained on leaving and were threatened by the manager, stating he had copies of our passports and his lawyer would come after us, if we left a poor review on booking.com. The manager escalated the situation unnecessarily. No apology was offered. No doubt they will refute this but the pictures speak for themselves.

the apartment isn’t that well stocked with kitchen equipment. ie utensils and glasses the pool was tiny in our block and although you could go up to the main house pool it was always packed so we didn’t bother

it was so close to all the amenities, a short walk to the beaches, bars and cafes so really well located the apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels and the staff were all lovely
