It would have been nice to have better cooking facilties. A toaster would be like as well.

The noise made by airplane ✈️, was disturbing, but I get used with it after a while.

ANNA and her mother and her daughter were lovely. Communication with Anna was good. She always tried her best to make my holiday comfortable. The apartment was big,clean, and comfortable .The place is very close to the beach. The sea was calm and I could swim. Restaurants, market, and bus station are very close to the apartment. Thank you for everything ❤️

Much like most properties of this type, there is always a small detail that isn’t great, from memory the damaged shower head that sprayed everywhere was annoying. Otherwise the accommodation was in good condition. There was no usable outdoor space such as a garden area other than the balcony for the apartment.

The property was located very close to the beach. There is a kitesurfing station located directly in front of the property. The restaurant close by is reasonable priced served very nice food. The location was very quiet, except for aircraft passing by which was interesting to see. Surprisingly, the aircraft noise was not an issue when within the apartment. The accommodation was simply, basic but very clean. The hosts where really welcoming and such lovely people. Each apartment has a good sized fridge, hob, a sink and small dining table within the kitchen area, which was great for breakfast times. The property had car parking.

Bear in mind the apartment it's a bit basic but it's perfect for a summer stay.

It's literally in front of the back and the kite station. It's a bit isolated so there are no noises around at all. You might hear the sporadical plane but it's the same at any other place on this side of the island. Nothing to worry about

Bed a little bit too short for me. Communication with greek old lady not easy as she doesn't really speak English. At the same time she doesn't really stop talking greek to you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; the host Anna is very caring and kind, the apartment is right next to the beach and has perfectly working AC and nice balconies to eat outside or just chill in the evening. The kitchen is very simplistic but it was enough for us as with two kids. The restaurant next to the apartment, Que Pasa, is great and the location is easy to reach by car from the airport, with good parking space.

Wenn we arrived at the apartment it didn't looked to clean we expected everything cleaner, specifically because of covid situation. But Mrs. Anna went and cleaned it again.

In general the location is nice. The view is amazing all the time from all doors. It's a bit windy but if you like to kyte or surf it's a good place to go. If you are not afraid to swim when waves are, the beach there is also good for a swim. The hoste is very hospitable, although we couldn't communicate much because of language issues.

In Greece one can not throw toilet paper to WC ( as pipes have too small diameter ) so we had to get used to the situation that all used paper one had to throw to a special bin in toilet ....:( Equipment is not the newest ...but 20 m from the beach ten is abandoned ( so just few tourists from Anna apartment and nearby small hotel ( owned by Anna's sister and having a good small restaurant , where we were eating every evening ) are on the beach, compensated those handicaps and the fact that it is located ca 3 km from airport ( thus sometimes airplanes were starting above our heads - but they were enough high not to create too much noise ))

Very friendly Landlady, can speak only Greek but is taking care like for a family, bringing bier , flowers and local snacks ... She were talking a lot , probably about her family and our stay , but we did not understand too much ( but with smile and google translator , we managed to communicate ) :)

Keep in mind that the beach is occupied by kiteboarders and so it's not suitable for swimming and spending time unless you are kiteboarder yourself. This is not one of those places where you go out and chill on the beach. Sanitary conditions in the apartment could be better. Air conditioner was leaking water right onto the bedroom floor. Not a big deal though.

Nothing special. Just a normal apartment for it's price. Probably good choice if you're into kiteboarding.

I had stayed here a number of years ago, but the property hasn't been kept up very well. It was dated already - and I don't mind that - but a number of things weren't working. But the owner did fix them and tried very hard to keep us happy.

I really like the location, as it is a great launching point to visit other parts of the island.

Location is on the beach, but far from the nearest city. The room was not very clean. Some of the facilities in the room (counter, beds, bath, walls) need maintenance

Very close to the beach, the owner is always there and super nice, makes coffee and gives you fruit on the house. The room is very big and equipped for a long stay if you are kiting

Excellent location..close to almost everything...close to the airport..the apartment is close to the sea and we enjoyed a lot of surfing..the owner is very friendly and we felt like at home..the owner helped us with a lot of things and was very helpful...we had a problem booking With booking, but the owner gave us convenient options for us to get rid of the problem... You get used to the planes starting from Rhodes airport pretty quickly. Normally the house is quite cool. But with the heatwave of over 40 degrees we had, the single air condition in the sleeping room hardly managed to cool down the apartment once we switched it on at arrival in the evening. However, you could leave it running during the day if the days are so heatwaved. But this is definitely not eco-friendly! Annabel does not charge extra for the AC which happens quite often in Greece (maybe she should).

Direct view on the beach and on the kite station on the beach. This is the perfect location for a kite vacation! Annabel is superfriendly and the rooms are very spacious with huge balconies. There is a pretty restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner right next door or you can walk to "Billy's place" which is the In-place of Theologos. Great Greek Weissbier. The kite station on the beach is the most relaxed place on the long Theologos beach and provides the latest equipment from Duotone (Rolls-Royce). There are 5 or six kite teachers, I guess, all great folks!

There is a really old and slow air conditioning in one room, but we were instructed not to set the air conditioning to full (not really possible at 36 degrees in the shade). The house is run by an old woman who only speaks Greek. However, we found her in our apartment on the day before leaving around 10.30 p.m. After she spoke Greek for about 30 minutes and we didn't understand, she finally called her daughter who apologized and explained to us that she had mistaken us for another room and that we can stay in the room until 7pm the next day, as previously discussed and extra paid. However, we found the woman again in our apartment next day (around 18:40) cleaning the apartment (again speaking in Greek the whole time). I tried to get her to leave the room for a moment so that we could at least get changed - but no, she did not allow us to stay in the room until 7pm, we agreed. As a result, the last days of the vacation were really ruined. And I really wanted to rent an apartment so that the local landlords got something out of it. But getting into the apartment while we're there is a no-go!

It's a very basic place to stay, but right by the sea. If you’re kite surfer, it’s OK but if your’re not-it‘s not. There are a lot of kite surfer , so swimming on the beach in front of it is not really possible and you have nothing from beeing so close to the beach.

It would have been good to have some cleaning facilities such as a brush and a mop The apartment is on the flight path of, and close to, the airport and although there a no night flights they do start early in the morning.
