Hotel near the sea and to night club and restaurants. Staff avaible and friendly. The owner has been our Cicerone with his advice. You can find a good breakfast . We’ll come back!!!!

Unfortunately, the internet connection was really weak in the room. Also, it would have been great to have a more equipped kitchen, with: beer/wine opener, salt, oil, etc.

The pool, the garden, the staff was super nice and great. Breakfast was also amazing, we always asked for extra bread and it was no problem. General everyone was super kind and nice :)

If you have an apartment for more than 2 people be aware only one room has air-conditioning. Although it was easy to get a fan from reception for the other one.

The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very helpful and always smiling and friendly. Very clean.

Everything .. people shud avoid this place .. disgraceful

Nothing ....The apt was like something from the 60s .. the shower was a disgrace as the arm for hose was broken .. the shower curtain was mouldy .. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting you.. no tissues in toilet, no kettle in kitchen , was told abruptly that my friend wasnt allowed in tbe complex .. pool was closed by 7pm ... all in all i cudnt get out of there quick enough .. And i was charged 47 euro more than the price i was qouted for 5 nights

Maybe air con in both bedrooms but we managed OK with the air con just in the main bedroom.

The service and warm welcome was outstanding. The rooms were plenty big enough and the breakfasts were always freshly cooked and complimentary fresh melon and cherries at breakfast and during the day was a lovely touch. The location is ideal .It is so close to everything bars ,restaurants and the beach but it feels secluded and quiet . Also the secure parking is a bonus.

The smell in the room was very bad, the room was dirty, the wifi did not work, the air conditioner did not work. You have to pay for the air conditioner, the room was very hot. The kitchen was very dirty. The staff was not polite. 😒😒😒😒

Nothing, our stay was great.

The annaliza is a lovely place to stay, the apartments are so clean and spacious . The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic. The atmosphere is great here.

We had a room near the tables of the bar in the garden, so it was very noisy at late evening and also in the morning. Also, we were not informed that the hotel was going to host a huge company of young people who partied all the day and also during night, the last two days (the staying was 5 nights in total) we woke up at 4/5 am because drunk guys were coming back to the hotel shouting and singing. Happy for the guys who had fun, but I did not relax at all... If this is vacancy... If the hotel would guarantee silence and peace during the sleeping hours of the night, we would give a higher mark, but I spent the last two nights without sleeping.

It was welcoming, nice staff, enjoyable environment with a good swimming pool.

Had a great week in the Annaliza. Terrific staff. Couldn't do enough for us. The food was lovely and everywhere was spotless. Lovely swimming pool. The location was great. Five minute walk from the beach and the main strip, shops, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed here twice before and will definitely be back. Thank you all for a great holiday.

A very pleasant small resort surrounded by beautiful scenery. Ideal location for ipsos beach, tavernas and bars 2 minutes stroll. Excellent coastal bus service from Corfu town and onward to Kassiopi. The apartments are very spacious and clean with large balconies, they are well equipped for self catering. Manager Manos and all staff were helpful and polite. Our stay at the end of May, a quieter time of year was delightful, should have booked longer. best of luck 2022 onwards! John and Deborah

was nothing I did not like the area was a hit 18-30 not family but not at all uncomfortable like some young resorts

the staff were lovely the property was a typical apartment basic no frills but clean pool nice general good all round located not far from beach
