Only suggestion would be for another pillow each as one pillow isn’t the most comfortable.

Simple basic apartment but very clean and had a lovely airy feel to it. Overlooked lovely little beach which was very quiet and private.

It would have been nice to have washing up liquid and dish sponge as there was a kitchenette in the room. We ate on the balcony for lunch a few times and wanted to clean the dishes better afterwards, but we only had hot water available. The room was a bit tired and the bathroom needed a refurb.

Good stay, although the room was quite basic. But clean and tidy enough. Amazing sea view from the balcony. In fact, the proximity to beaches (private and main/public) makes these apartments special. Supermarket and good restaurants and bars nearby. Reception staff friendly and helpful. All in all, good value for money.

The reception was a 15 minute walk from the rooms so walking in the scorching sun with luggage wasn't pleasant

the room and bathroom was very dated some things where so old that it broke in my hand , the kitchen very poor , 2 pan's for cooking and no cleaning stuff. and the place is flooded with ants but the staff helpt me get rid off it. that was great.

the location was stunning, very nice almost magical. breakfast with that view makes all the things go away whats not that good. but the staff was very nice they helpt me where the can. I would come back here .

WIFI was not working from the second day and wasn't fixed till we left. The property needs some upgrades, for example a shower or no tv or Alexa. The wind was also very strong for a couple of days. Taller people will struggle using the shower or toilet room because the ceiling there was really low and I bang my head a couple of times. Reception is also not at the property but at other places, roughly 10 minutes walk. It could be an issue if you don't rent a car. Swimming pools are closed from 8pm which is annoying if you wish to use it when the sun is gone. No fruit or vegetable market, so options are really limited to those from little supermarkets.

Beaches around the property, from sandy to rocky, great for snorkeling. Helpful stuff and cleaning lady. Sea view from property. Close distance to shops, restaurants and swimming pools. Everybody is trusting each other and they look really happy. You can even try to feed fish from your bare hands. Great food. Cute cats are everywhere too and there are more friendly lizards who are running away from any signs of danger.

No lighting on the road leading to the apartment which could be a safety issue at night. More kitchen implements needed e.g serving spoons, spatulas, wooden spoons. Insulation around door frames needed.

WiFi was spotty and slow. Would be nice to have cleaning liquid and sponge for dishes, since there is kitchen ware in the room. Guest would either need to buy a full bottle and pack of sponges, for them to be thrown out, which isn't eco friendly, or don't use kitchenware, which beats the point of it being there. Drying rack really misses clippers, wind knocked down my stuff 99% of times, unless I brought it in/tied my things to it. Price for using washing machine from main hotel is a bit too high.

View is marvelous. Almost can gloss over things I don't like. Room is tidy and has good amount of space. Staff vere nice and friendly. Free parking. Access to facilities of main hotel. Rocky beach with free sunbeds right at the property. Great sand beach with 5 minutes of walking.

Fantastic views. Basic but very clean. Quiet situation. Bed linen changed frequently and mattress topper supplied on request. Staff always friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times and will be back next year.

It could do with an upgrade. It’s old and run down.

Bit run down but it was very cheap. We only stayed 1 night for a party in Pefkos. Very local to Lee Beach and a short walk to the town. Small beach. Probably very good for a family on a budget that want to self cater. You pay for air conditioning and the safe extra. WiFi free but didn’t try it. Amazing sunset from the patio.
