I want to share how deeply impressed I am with my experience at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the bright and welcoming lobby, I was greeted with a warm smile and an attitude of care and attention that accompanied us throughout our stay. The exemplary attention and kindness from the staff, the care for the small details that make a big difference, made us feel not just like tourists, but like a valued guests. Every team member demonstrated remarkable professionalism and kindness, from the reception staff to those who impeccably maintained our room. The room is quaint, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated, very comfortable, bright, and restful. The cleanliness is top-notch, even the room's fragrance contributes to a perfect ambiance. Furthermore, I appreciate the efforts made to ensure that every aspect of our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was recommendations for local restaurants or the surprise awaiting us in the room on Easter Eve, I always felt you were present and eager to do everything for our comfort. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful experience and for the attention given to every detail. I certainly warmly recommend this hotel and will gladly return whenever I have the opportunity.

I did not like their lack of flexibility as I explained above.

Although the staff were not flexible before I arrived, they were very helpful once I was there. My credit card got stolen as I was traveling and before the hotel had managed to charge my room. Since it was not possible to get a new credit card before atriving, I contacted the hotel and explained the situation and asked them not to cancel my reservation, and that I will pay them in cash when I arrive 5-6 days later. The hotel was inflexible and offered no solutions. I proposed to transfer the money by wire, but they did not respond. In the end, I had to ask a friend to pay on my behalf, which was not ideal. I think good customer service means excellent problem solving skills. And this I did not see. Otherwise, the place was well cleaned and the breakfast was EXCELLENT and the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything.

Quiet but convenient location near restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Easy bus ride to main sites. Stylish room. Polite and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect.

We got exactly the same room which we booked. Staff were super friendly, they recommended a few restaurants we should visit. We also got a welcome drink when we arrived. Upon our arrival they told us that they won't charge us for the parking spot. The location was amazing, 5min from the clothing stores, 10min from the White Tower, 20min from the umbrellas. Every day the cleaning ladies were giving us 2 water bottles free of charge.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was spacious and clean. Even if we stayed a room next to the restaurant there was no noise during the night. People are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is 10/10.

I tried hard to think about something. There was nothing negative.

Staff helped with the luggage, they took my car from the busy street and parked for me in their private parking. Super helpful with creating invoice etc. Breakfast was super, location on a nice walking distance from the international fair and in in the middle of the vibrant city life. After a long day travel and fair it was an oasis of rest, friendlyness and cleanness.

The only thing that we did not like was the lack of privacy when it came to the bathroom. The doors were not very effective in terms of sound and see-through. A small improvement might be the coffee they provide in the room as a compliment.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink. The bellboys efficiently took care of parking our cars, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The reception staff went above and beyond by making a reservation for us at a charming taverna in the city, which turned out to be a delightful dining experience. At the hotel bar, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary snack with our drinks—a thoughtful touch that added to our enjoyment. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with complimentary coffee and water provided. And to top it all off, they didn't charge us for parking, which was an unexpected bonus ;) Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its attentive service, thoughtful amenities, and friendly staff. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The hotel is very clean and with very professional and nice staff. It is in the center of the city, walking distance to the seaside and square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom ammenities, nothing forgotten, even a shaving set was present, something you dont see often. Pleasant surprise at the restaurant to see the ancient road underneath the dining area. I strongly recommend this hotel.

One elevator for staff & guests is not enough

Parking in the area of ​​the hotel is a serious problem. Reservations are required for the hotel's contracted car park, but all contracted car parks require car keys and are closed at night. I found this system unsafe.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk to the main square of Thessaloniki. The rooms are fresh, modern, bright, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. If you are heading to Thessaloniki look no further!
