Food selection poor and cold. Lots of maintenance issues, leaking toilet, no soap dish, shower tiny.. Areas weren't cleaned very well. The room wasn't mopped the entire 11 days we were there, in fact it wasn't particularly clean when we arrived. You get what you pay for I guess.

The view and location was amazing. Air conditioning in room good. Decent branded coffee and good free wifi

The distance between bus stop and hotel ( over 1.5km). We had to walk through hills and lows with luggages. Later we found out about a tourist train which links the village to the main bus stop and it costs less than €3 but that's at every hour (1st one at 09:05am).

Spacious room with terrace. Friendly staff. The beach is amazing, clear water, no waves which it makes it perfect for little ones. Good selection of food.

Single bed is not comfy. You have to pay for a sun-bed even at the hotel’s beach! Unfortunately, the cleaning service is at very low standard. Lots of black hair all around the room and bathroom and of course in the sink! No any animation or disco through the week. Too much chemicals at the pools. Most of the balcony doors where not locking, easy asses from the pool area at any time.

Great location! If lucky enough, the view will be fabulous from the window, but will have to pay for that with a physical activities (no elevator and lots lots lots of stairs!) To get all inclusive for such a price is very rare. The food is ok, I would say a good bistro with a home made food. Was tasty and always fresh, but don’t expect to get seafood or a good quality drinks (wine/beer). Free and safe parking, but small. The staff is helpful and very polite! Do not hesitate to change the room if u see a mold on the wall or don’t like something ;)

The food menu could have been more diverse as after a few days it all blended together. Some of the bar staff were a bit grumpy. Being put in the furthest away room when there were other empty rooms was not great but they were happy to change us.

Convenience of everything. The staff were very helpful and it was easy to book activities as everything was connected. The pool, beach and bars were all very accessible and good fun.

I didn't really appreciate the endless staircases uphill and downhill. I counted more than 100 steps from the restaurant to my room, which was not at the heighest point. Not for overweight or people with disabilities.. In the same notion you really have to keep in check how much you are going to eat or drink, cause the afternath of a great dinner with drinks afterwards, might not be pleasing at all.

Breakfast was great, probably the best of courses, though it could do with better coffee. Also the local draft beer was great, vegetables, fruits and salads of high quality and interesting combinations. The separate bars and pools were very convenient since the hotel is divided in three different parts. Drinks were indeed free and of adequate variety. Also, the view to the sea and the port downhill was panoramic and majestic, almost from all rooms and parts of the hotel. Last but not least, the stuff is genuinely friendly and helpful.

The food is poor, the same menu every day, nothing special, all the food is boiled very few fried. The stairs and the floor of the dining room are filthy and sticky The walls of the room are very thin you can hear even when your neighbor pee.

The host did the best for our comfort and the communication with the staff was super The salads are good and the Tzatziki is super!

We felt although it was a cheap break and we didn't have huge expectations, the dining room and cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery let it down. Also, the quality of the wine was very poor especially the red to the point of being undrinkable. If you like greek Vodka and Ouzo then that was fine. The staff should stop people going into the dining room from the pool and getting the floor wet. A bit of repainting, a few plants, and making more of the rooftop dining area would go a long way. It's a shame as we would have liked to pay a little more and have a better dining experience. It wouldn't cost the hotel a lot of money to make these improvements.

The hotel is in a great location just steps away from one of the best bays in Bali. The pool at our Sofia hotel was nice and the food was plentiful at breakfast, lunch, and dinner for what we paid for the holiday. Bali as an area is nice, great for swimming, and with a number of traditional Greek tavernas.

Cleaning is not their top priority. I booked a room with pool view and sea side view, but first I received a totally different room, they did not respect the booking. After arguing with them, I received a room closer to what I requested.

Loved the location, loved the view. The food was various, you always had something to choose from.

The man/boy from Filion with braces who called me a grandmother, abandoned us at 4am to sleep 3 in a bed. We were 2 adults 2 children (10&12) we were given a room with 3 single beds and a baby cot. The 1st staff member called the man/boy who said I was so rude asking for another bed that he was leaving. There were no staff after that. In reception at the same time was a French man who’d been given a room with no windows and full of mold. No one understood him so I helped. The man/boy gave him a new room but not us. He clearly didn’t like to be spoken to by a woman. In addition, a large group of Ukrainian/Czech turned up after us and the man/boy insisted on helping them not us. 2 Ukrainian women had been given a double bed and we offered them our room if we got moved. The man/boy at one point offered us the Frenchman’s moldy room(“your grandchildren can stay in there”) and the Ukrainian women’s room but then refused saying “I won’t help you - I am not god”. There needs to be a toaster at breakfast, gin at the bar, ice cream for the children. Publicise meal times properly (it kept changing while we were there)

The food was good, fresh and local. The majority of the staff were lovely. The setting is wonderful.

A lot of stairs. In the triple room was very short the third bed. If you want to try desserts it's better to come at the beginning of the dinner.

Amazing beach with stunning view. It wasn't a problem to find free sunbed near the swimming pool. The food was almost the same, but at the same time you can find something to eat and the meal was well prepared.

Our room was very far from the main building. So many stairs and hills. The food was exactly the same every day over and over again. The wifi was terrible.

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and patient. The location within Bali was very good.

Bar in our pool closing so early and we still had to go to main building for beverages and that was around 400 m out of our building. I would welcome the same opening hours for pool bar in our building. There was sometimes a problem with giving us more drinks in one moment per person but with combination of distance it was necesary.

Personal of hotel were kind and gave us offer with two better and large rooms instead of our three booked due to big family group. Food was tasty but I would like to see more variability. There was lot of activities in nearby area like jet sky, ship trips, and so on.

Firstly, I found the food options to be a little bland and lacking in diversity. The limited selection, particularly when it came to seafood, with only fish being offered, was a disappointment for someone who enjoys a variety of flavors. Another downside was the hotel staff's behavior. They seemed disengaged and bored, frequently on their phones, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. However, I must mention that the ladies on staff were an exception, as they were kind and helpful, making a positive impact on my experience. Overall, although there were some drawbacks, the helpfulness of a few staff members did partially balance out the less enjoyable aspects of my stay.

The view from my room was unbelievably nice, with breathtaking vistas that made each morning and evening special. The hotel's proximity to great beaches was a huge plus, as I could easily enjoy the sun, sand, whenever I pleased. Moreover, the hotel itself had its own beautiful beach area, which was incredibly convenient. The pool area was also good, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind, surrounded by a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.

The shower in the bathroom has no proper walls.The curtain is not enough if you take a shower because its gonna be leaking on the floor.
