Apartment we had in groundfloor was spacious, bright and comfortable with two balcon doors on opposite sides. Kitchen was fully equipped and terrace very large and cosy. Hosts are amazing people that take care of everything and always availabe to their guests. Location is very close to city center.

For the start the host Eleni had prepared a gift basket for us. The room was great and it was cleaned every second day. In between if we needed towels or sheets she had everything ready. Baby crib of course. She speaks couple of languages so you are good on your questions and needs. Wonderful stay, for sure if back in Hanioti I'll be booking here.

On the balcony, there was a lot of sun in the afternoons, but that's simply the position of the house and there is nothing which could be done with it, although there was a sun umbrella available. However, I think that was the case with this apartment only. I noticed that the apartments on the groumdfloor and on the first floor are not so exposed, so if you plan to spend time sitting on the balcony in the afternoons, choose lower-floor apartments. For us this was not an issue, since we were mostly at the beach during that period of the day.

We had an apartment on the second floor with a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The apartment was excellent, very clean, and equipped with everything you may need for a vacation. There was a coffee machine which we found very convenient. Upon our arrival coffee capsules, fruit and sweets were waiting for us, so we could immediately refresh after the trip. The kitchen is very well equipped, including even a dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, and garbage bags, which is rarely the case in the self-catering apartments in Halkidiki. They regularly cleaned the apartment, changing towels and bed linen, shampoo and a shower gel were also available. From the main balcony attached to the kitchen we could see the sea, thus sitting on the balcony in the morning was a real pleasure. There is another small balcony attached to the bedroom, which was convenient for drying the beach towels. The beach is very close, and you practically may easily go a few times a day from the apartment to the beach and back. Eleni is a perfect host, she really takes care of all the details. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

If sleeping with windows open, in the morning there were a lot of garbage trucks collecting and making noise.

It was a great accommodation close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very pleased with the cleaning service. The host was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed very much staying here.

Excellent value for money. Everything is very clean and tidy. Great location, close to the beach and the center. The biggest impression on us was left by Mrs. Eleni herself, who was kind and always available, and that is very important, especially when you are on vacation with a child. She took care of everything and maybe we can say she is the best host we have ever met.

There was no internet at all when we arrived. Eleni was confused and could not manage to fix it,outside it rained all the time and we have not able to do anything.

The place was quiet and calm, it is perfect for families with childs, we have stayed in the apartment that is behind the Eleni's bilding and it have two bedrooms and toilet.The rooms were clean and equioed with everything that you need.

i have only 2 suggestions, to make the place even more perfect :) -curtain on the shower, cause without it you flood the whole bathroom -awning on the balcony, cause the small sun umbrella does not provide sufficient sun protection when you want to sit on the balcony

I recommend these apartments if you want a quite place that is very close to everything you need. The beach is few minutes by walk. The room very clean, with fully equiped kitchen. The stuff always there if you need something. Thank you Eleni! I will for sure visit again!

Everything was in line with our expectations and more.

One of the best locations, close to the beach and center of the Hanioti, too. Very clean , new and comfortable apartment with all necessary devices and accessories. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable terrace, very suitable for three adult persons.Many thanks for the reception of the hostess of the apartment who was a very kind, pleasant and unobtrusive person. I recommend for the next visitors.
