Incomplete kitchen in the suites: limited cutlery, no cleaner and sponge for the dishes, no replenishment of coffee capsules, no tea bags. Restaurant: crappy draft beer, bad coffee, food relatively diverse but quality passable, drinks vending machine out of order, two bars with strangely different offerings

Good cleaning and regular towel exchange, very friendly staff, air conditioner in all rooms (albeit with limited cooling efficiency), very nice and well maintained pool, super flexible half board options, discounts in connected restaurants, nice and modern design, well maintained outdoor facilities and grass, large free parking, ice cream at the bar

The hotel was real value for money with the beach, shops, bar and restaurants only a few hundred meters walk away. The staff at the reception were very helpful and gave us loads of good recommendations.

Breakfast was very good but the toaster was never working. The staff at the breakfast stopped us everyday, we were a group of 12 people, because some of the guests who were men wore their swimsuits (bermudas) with a t shirt for breakfast and they were asked to go and change every day, even though the they were not wet and this annoyed us.

Breakfast was vast and there was the live cooking with freshly cooked omelettes and great pancakes which I really liked. There also was a great choice and all was cooked very good.

Nothing, i wanted to quote 13/10!! The receptionist was extremely friendly, though we came quite late from Bulgaria.

The peacefulness IN the centre, indredible isolation, of course the double jacuzzi which is really worrh the update! Breakfast was perfect as well in choice. And it is NEXT to the most nice shopping street of Skopje.

the staff is amazing! everyone is friendly. the location is close to the beach (easy 5 minute walk!) but not so close to be loud at night which was perfect with a small child.

The breakfast buffet was just ok. It had everything you might want (omelets, cereals, fruit and vegetables) so it wasn't bad it just wasn't great as one would expect Greek food to be.

The staff at Royal Hotel and Suites is absolutely wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Our room with private pool was perfect for relaxing. The hotel is exceptionally child friendly.

The atmosphere was amazing, the luxury in my suite was clear, I had a private pool in the room which was beautiful, the decor the latest fashion for this year, what to say first, everything was super and very clean. Nice and solid hotel, with superb, large rooms, with spectacular view and nice decoration. The location is ideal close to everything, beaches, restaurant, shops etc. Breakfast was good, pool was spacious and nice too. I will be back very soon with friends this time.
