The host Maria was simply amazing, helpful and very kind. Breakfasts were great with homemade products. The resort is beautiful with great swimming pool. Access to the beech is very easy and take just few minutes by walk.

Almost nothing. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low and taking a shower was a real challenge.

Welcoming and kind hosts, very comfortable bed and pillows, a nice veranda to sit and relax, very good breakfast with homemade bakery, daily cleaning. This is a good starting point to explore the surrounding beaches. We were at the end of season and it was quite and relaxing, of course it depends on the neighbours, we were lucky.

The wifi were not always well functioning. It would be better to install wifi-amplifiers or ethernet in the rooms... Nothing else to mention.

The location is absolutely perfect – just a leisurely stroll away from the Karavostasi beach, a true gem of this destination. The apartments are not only spacious but also well equipped (fridge, hoven, cooking plates). If ever needed, the attentive and accommodating staff are always at your beck and call, ready to fulfil your every need. Not only they accept pets but they also love them. And let's not forget to extol the breakfast time. It was nothing short of perfection. Imagine a delightful array of delectable savory and sweet dishes, a sprawling terrace bathed in sunlight, a refreshing swimming pool glistening nearby – it's a veritable paradise for your senses!

Everything was just perfect: the apartment, the outdoor area including the beautiful pool, the breakfast, the position and especially Maria and her husband who took great care of everything. We would be happy to come back and can only highly recommend this place for holidays!

Nothing not to like, really - with love from Moldova.

The room (or better said, the rooms) was very nice, and it had all the needed facilities. The quality of the wifi was also good, the pool was clean, and the owners were very attentive to the needs of their clients. When we return to this area of Greece, Perdika and Villa Rania will be among our first options.

Everything was exceptional...Very clean, comfortable, spacious family run „resort“. Excellently maintained the whole “resort” area and surroundings. Maria and her husband were great hosts, warm, friendly and helpfull, creating cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. An extra value is amazing breakfast with great selection of home made products...nothing was missing. It was excellent stay, happily again.

Maybe a few more cooking implements for if you were fully self catering.

Maria & her team are very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast selection, lovely pool area, front & rear balconies to our room meant morning & afternoon sunshine if we wanted. Super comfortable bed & plenty of storage space. A lovely place to escape to, the beach is about 5 minutes walk away. We would recommend having a hire car as it is a bit out of the way, the benefit is it's a quiet place to escape - busier in high season we're told.

The extra pull-out bed is not very comfortable!

Breakfast was excellent, savory (traditionally: eggs, hot dogs, bacon, cheese, salami, various pies, cornflakes, cereal...) and sweet (delicious Greek cakes, Greek doughnuts, honey, jams, comppots...), lemonade, milk, juice! I probably forgot something, but everything is perfectly delicious!

Villa Rania or Hotel Urania was amazing! Maria was the most wonderful host I have seen. So attentive to everything. The place was clean and quiet in the middle of olive trees and so close to a very relaxing beach. It was perfect for us to be located just 20-25 min from Parga and Syvota. Breakfast under the trees and by the pool was the highlight of the day! Even Nala, our dog loved that moment. And yes, they are pet friendly and we felt so comfortable with our dog there. Our room even had a little garden for Nala to enjoy. Thank you Maria for everything. You truly deserve 10 points review!

The hosts were very friendly and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Every morning we got a huge breakfast with lots of home made products all freshly made. The swimming pool was very clean and inviting. The sea was near very clean and quiet. It is an excellent place to relax and get a good rest.

Fantastic family run ‘resort’ with three different room types in 3 buildings. Owner is super helpful and welcoming which makes your stay outstanding. Rooms are always spotless clean, large and with all what you need to have a nice stay. Swimming pool is great, with plenty of sun beds. Beach is just amazing! In waking distance, sand and lot of wind beds. Restaurants either close to beach, for dinner we drove up to Perdika. . Overall this place is a gem in an area that is not fully overcrowded like Sivota or even Parga.

Staff and hosts were friendly and helpful. They provided us information to make our stay and short trips easier. Our room and public spaces were clean and quiet. A/C was operating properly. There were a mini market, couple of beach bars and a bakery nearby. The beach was 5' away.

This place is incredible, fantastic value for what you pay. The villa was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable. We also loved that we were walking distance from the beach, and that also had a pool on the property. If we could have, we would've stayed a lot longer!

Not a single thing, everything was excellent.

Besides being new and clean as a whistle, the room was more than comfortable and the facilities such as the garden and the swimming pool were more than anyone could expect from a small apartment style hotel. A great choice for anyone wanting to explore the region near Perdika village and the exceptional beach of Karavostasi.
