Because of the room's location, breakfast area noises could be disturbing early in the morning.

Location was close enough to Molivos, but far enough to have a quiet stay near sea. Breakfast was more than I expected. Hotel upgraded my room, which has a perfect sea view. Quality of tavern located between pool and beach was also good. We enjoyed staying in Aphrodite Hotel :)

The number of sunbeds by the sea can be increased.

Facility is very clean. The breakfast is quite tasty and has enough variety. All staff are very friendly and helpful. They are kind enough to take us with their own car due to the taxi problem we had on the way to the city centre. If I go to Molyvos again, I would definitely choose the same hotel.

There was a bit noise in the morning in our hall. Some kids were knocking at their rooms door which made me wake up earlier but that’s nothing about the hotel :)

I stayed different places in the island but Aphrodite was the best one. I wish we could stay longer. Definitely will come back again. The pool and the lounges are family friendly and quite at the same time. We had our dinner and lunch at the restaurant which has the same quality with other local tavernas in the island.

Perfect location, extremely friendly staff and excellent cleaning. If you’re looking for somewhere you can enjoy both quiteness and seaside, this is the best option in Molyvos. This was my second time in this hotel and won’t look any other option for the next time too!!! With all my love to this hotel<3

Some elements of the room felt tired or weren’t in working order. The door to our balcony was broken, not slotting into its hinges correctly and difficult to close securely, so getting in and out was a chore. The drawers and cabinet doors were wonky— they’d get stuck on each other and wouldn’t smoothly open or close. The AC was set to not go below 24C (76F!). I understand that American expectations for AC are over-the-top, but it would have made a big difference for our comfort sleeping to at least be able to get it down to 22C (especially since the electricity shuts off when you take the key, so it’s not like it would be running all day). Finally, (and this is probably an issue limited to only a few rooms on the property), since we had a corner room, our AC intake was on the side of the building right over a smoking area. If you’re sensitive to cigarette smell, perhaps request a room away from the side exterior doors.

The pool area was just fantastic, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. We also really enjoyed the private beach— yeah, you need water shoes or sandals to enter comfortably, but I prefer a pebble beach to a sand one because the snorkeling is so much more interesting! We saw octopuses, sea stars, and plenty of colorful fish. The water is very refreshing, which felt amazing in the peak summer heat. Beautifully landscaped gardens all around. The 25 minute walk to town was scenic and safe. There are street lights on the road, so it wasn’t a big deal to come back in the dark after dinner. We didn’t expect much besides some mediocre poolside snacks but we were impressed on site restaurant. Zucchini fritters and salted sardines were the standouts.

The only thing which was frustrating was nature (wasps) no once were we able to enjoy our meal at the on-site Taverna, as the wasps were there in force. It was also unfortunate that the staff did not attempt to provide any support to alleviate this issue. It was thanks to outside visitors that we found out about burning used coffee grinds and asking for that was like asking for gold - but it partially worked, besides making your clothes smell. The only partial other item is that although there were lots of staff at the taverna, only one guy would take the orders (on his demand) which led to slow service, and on an occasion or two incorrect orders. e.g. ordered a a coke & got a fanta

The hotel staff were excellent. In fact some of them deserve a Peace prize having to put up with some of the other guests who were messy, expectant and rude. There was no want for anything more, whenever there was a question, a need or anything the reception staff were there to help.

The breakfast could be improved. If you expect sandy Beach, it is not the case here, even thoughif the beach is nice and furnished with sunbed and beach umbrellas.

Very big and fully furnished rooms, bed very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. There is a nice terrace too. The pool and the garden are really nice and clean with amazing sea/sunset view from the pool bar. It is located in a quiet zone close to Molivos.

Aphrodite is a beautiful retreat with a friendly, helpful staff and phenomenal food. This was our third stay and will come back again.

The hotel is very old, was not renovated for many years. The elevator is so small, old and not safe. The rooms are small but we were upgraded for a suite which was big and nice but still- very old. The bathroom has no ventilation.

The location is very good, the swimming pool is perfact (with salty water) and the restaurant by the beach with beautuful sunsets. The stuff is very nice and friendly. The hotel is clean and spacious.

Cleaning of the room was not on the same level each day. The couch bed was not comfy.
