This was my second time to stay here in a week, so that should be enough to show that’s it’s a great accommodation!

I thought about running the air conditioning for a short time but could not figure out how to get it to turn on. The heating/cooling is from a typical mini split unit but instead of a hand held remote there was a switch on the wall that I couldn’t figure out. I didn’t really need it but during a hotter or colder period you should ask management to explain how it works.

Great location within easy walking distance of many cafes, shops and the port. Quiet, good WiFi and hot water (you have to flip a switch on the circuit breaker panel). There were 2 balconies with large glass doors. Also there were cooking facilities in good condition. Never met the management in person but they were very quick to communicate by messages. You access the building by means of a numeric code sent to you in a message, so arrival at any time is easy.

Bed could be a bit more comfortable, but the bottom line is that everything was fine.

The location of the property is great. Close to the city center but in a quiet street. The apartment was spacious and cosy. Great for staying for a few days in Volos. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

If I had to pick one thing I didn' t like, it would probably be the shower - it's poorly designed, it's impossible not to make a mess on the floor afterwards.

Exceptional hospitality. We were three hours late, arrived just before midnight, and we were still greeted with a wide smile of a lovely lady, who let us in and showed us around the apartment. We surely did not expect to be treated that well. The place itself is spacious, quiet, has everything you would need, even a toaster.

Everything was very clean, also the lovely Apostolia greeted us on arrival, with a big smile she checked us in and gave a few very nice food recommendations.

Missing kitchen tools - if we hadn't our own equipment with us it would be almost impossible to cook.

Very cozy and clean. On the quite street, very close to city center. Easy to find, and the host is very polite and caring for the guests. I will definitely choose it again my next time in Volos.

The bed was not very comfortable.

The location was very good. Not too far from the port, in same time in a walk distance from the city canter.

A very nice flat in a house with our first ever evelator featuring music when going ;-) The host and her mother welcomed us and helped with any questions on this great flat. We loved the outside roller blinds that not only kept the heat out (there is aircondition, too) but also allowed to sleep well into the morning after a long evening in this vibrant city.

The pillows were a disaster. Out of 3, 2 people left with acute neck pain. The mattress on the bed needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the sofa ..:). Also the closing system on the sofa is defective, it closes when you are lying down, my child woke up at night dur to this. Evan the accommodation is ok, what matters is to rest, which I couldn't do. And at the end when we left, we,ve notice that a greek car hit our door due to lack of space and lack of common sense.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Large apartment. Great light, terrace, and space. Nice kitchen. About a ten minute walk to sea. Lots of great places to eat with in 15 min walk.

There was not much we did not like, if I have to mention something then the bed was a little uncomfortable mattress felt a bit uneven and the shower with the curtain which makes it difficult not to get water everywhere but this seems to be a common set up in alot of bathrooms around greece.

The size of the apartment, it was very clean and has everything you need. It was actually even better than the photos. The location was ideal and in walking distance to port and restaurants. Staff were very friendly.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect.

The owners were very kind. Volos was a pleasant discovery. Tidy, clean seaside town full of life and services. The apartment is very closed to the magnificent center where you can find everything. Apartment very well furnished. We were 4 and had a very good time. Cleaning and equipped with every comfort. Private parking. Nothing is missing. Also highly recommended as a temporary stop along your trip. .

The Apartment is very big and has 2 balconies. It was comfortable and clean, and the communication with Apostolias was good. It is located very close to restaurants, bars and to the sea. We enjoyed it very much.
