The service was incredible. Staff was super nice Food was good Clean as new The owner Debbie is always for your service and she is so mine and welcoming . My stay at this hotel was absolutely great! The hotel itself is very clean, with comfortable rooms and a very nice pool, offering all the comforts and amenities one could hope for. The breakfast experience was a highlight - not only was it tailor-made to our preferences, but the variety of options was a great surprise. One aspect we truly appreciated was the hotel's bar, which was a reliable go-to for drinks and quick snacks whenever we needed them. Everyone in the hotel (Markos, Liuba, Anna, Eleni, Yannis, and Deppy) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their dedication and hospitality truly made this hotel feel like a home away from home. We can't thank them enough for their outstanding service and warm welcome.

Everything was perfect. Please know that to get out for dinner in town you will need a 5 min drive with taxi or car . Next time we will rent a scooter ;)

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Modern property.. Our flight was cancelled first day and we ended up staying two nights instead of three. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and pool area was very clean. Breakfast by the pool was great. Food was very tasty. Excellent service overall. We will stay there again. Thank you all.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner selection could be more varied. Timing of Dinner/Snacks 11:00-18:00 is not ideal especially if you are gone for the day on excursions. The property is not close to food spots. Needed to get a cab into Hersonissos for a variety of evening meals.

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and a sleek aesthetically pleasing design. The room was huge, with his and hers sinks, a balcony with a view of the pool that stretches to the sea and beyond.

The hotel is a total match of expectations and reality - you get what you see (see beautiful pictures on booking/ google and read the positive recommendations). The owners and the staff are more than friendly, service-oriented and hospitable. The rooms are very nice and more than clean. It is an awesome way to start the day with the breakfast which they serve you in front of the pool. They will do everything to make fulfill your wishes! Simply everything. It is no mistake that this hotel has such high reviews. The rooms are great, the hotel is well designed. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond when fulfilling your needs. They even prepared a surprise for my and my partner's birthday! The breakfast is amazing, you are able to choose your own food from a predetermined list but still can add additional items if something you like is missing. It is then served to you in the morning. We would like to thank the amazing staff for everything and we hope we see them again soon. Σας ευχαριστώ για μια καταπληκτική διαμονή!

No faults - everything was perfect!

The staff made the experience phenomenal. Debbie looks after this hotel and every guest with love and care. We felt so safe and at home. Everything was perfect - from the bespoke breakfast, to the rooms, to the aesthetic and the cleanliness. The hotel looks better than the photos! Hotel location was just right, a good mix of relaxation and liveliness. Hersonissos was only a 8 minute cab journey away - lots of restaurants/beach clubs here. The whole vibe was unreal and I cannot fault anything. We will definitely be returning to see our new Cretan family ❤️

The staff was so lovely - felt like you’re staying with your Cretan family. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The place looks super pretty - the pool area is really lux. The rooms are good sized and super clean. Really liked the vibe of the whole place - really love the fact that it’s adults only so it’s pretty chill! The breakfast was so good as well - good options and really well cooked omelettes. Definitely recommend this if you want a relaxing getaway. I do recommend a car when staying here as this makes it easier getting to other destinations nearby (or not so nearby). We visited for our anniversary so they had set up a lovely surprise in our room when we arrived. So thoughtful!

While the pool was meticulously clean, it was not heated - so only a short, fresh dip. I'm sure at the height of summer this isn't a problem and quite welcome, just not in October! Although a kettle is provided, there is a scarcity of tea/coffee making condiments, the staff were happy to share these from the bar but having them in the room would have been better. Despite being great rooms, there is a distinct lack of space for clothing, unless you are ok with just a wardrobe. These were all very minor issues though on what otherwise was a fantastic stay.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, and the owner has taken a lot of consideration into the aesthetic and ambience of the property. It is exceptionally clean throughout, and you could easily walk around barefoot if you wanted to. Staff are more than willing to help and very friendly, especially Luba who greeted us every morning for breakfast and works so hard. The bed in the room was extremely comfy, which was just as well when the weather turned and we stayed indoors. The surroundings are pretty quiet and actually the 30m walk into downtown Hersonissos or Analipsi for some good restaurants wasn't bad at all - would highly recommend Souvlaki @ Sirtaki, Lamb Chops @ Ocean Seaside, Raviola @ Athena. If you are looking to go further afield then take a trip to Esperos in the beautiful little village of Koutouloufari, had some fantastic Pork Belly special there...yum

Everything was just perfect! Highly recommended. The breakfast is delicious, the hotel and the rooms are very very nice, the staff is so kind they gave us tipps for great restaurants every night and the pool is just the best. Also there are beautiful beaches just 10 min by car. Will be back next year.

The pool is not heated, it was ice cold, so it was not possible to use.

The hotel looked wonderful, just like in the pictures on the internet. The outside breakfast area was delightfully cozy. You can have breakfast until late, it is plentiful, you can ask for whatever you want and it is served promptly and with a smile. You can have something to eat at the pool bar in the afternoon. The beds are comfortable. I had a nice view of the sea from my room's window. The wifi works perfectly. The cleaning was done well and daily. There are beach towels in the room, a small refrigerator and complimentary water in it. Very good quality service, everyone was happy to help. The hotel is in a nice area, a few minutes walk from the beach and from shops and restaurants. I would recommend a visit in the summer months. In october it was cloudy and windy.
