The lack of power outlets near the bed was very inconvenient and the internet connection was really bad in the room. Beside these only some small things, like during our stay the room cleaning became a bit less accurate day by day. Our used coffee mugs were left in the bathroom soaking, spoons and coffee were initially refilled then not... small things but it was still noticeable.

The view, the location, the staff and the room layout was all great. The bathroom was very nice with lots of space to pack your toiletries. Very nice balcony and the beds were also comfortable if maybe too soft. Two very nice beaches were within a 5 minute footwalk. Also a mini market was right around the corner. There were many great restaurants nearby. The room decor and facilities were all up to our expectations. They really thought it through what can be needed so there were even clippers for the clothes hanger so the wind was not an issue, these small touches were much appreciated!

Everything was perfect

What an excellent hotel. In between Piso Livadi and Lorgaras ( both with sandy beaches , i prefered the far end of Logaras , less people !! Excellent bus service from the main town , really inexpensive. All the staff i came into contact with at the hotel , from reception , cleaning staff and bar staff were great , really friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant , it overlooked the sea . It was very clean with everything you needed , cups , coffee and tea selection and water on arrival. Fridge in the room also. The hotel has a fab pool , pool bar and a breakfast area with terrace. The breakfast was perfect , lots of selection. I loved it here and my only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Great location between two super cute and relaxing beach towns! Easy to access Parikia and Naoussa by bus also. The view from our room was spectacular and the pool was great. Hotel staff were super lovely and accommodating.

The location of Arkas Inn was perfect! Away from the busy towns of Parikia and Naoussa but still just a short bus ride if you fancied a trip! The little Marina of Pisa Livadi is just a short stroll in one direction with shops and restaurants….keep you toes in the sand while having dinner if you fancy! And Lagoras Beach a short stroll in the other direction! The hotel itself was, very clean….beautiful views, nice pool and sun terrace and the staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend for singles, couples or families 😊

The steep hill and steps. However by the end of the second week I managed them with ease. I became super fit!

The location was stunning. The layout of the apartment and balcony view was superb. Lovely swimming pool and sun area. The host and family were amazing. So warm and friendly. The apartment was cleaned each day with fresh linen and towels. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

The wifi was terrible. It constantly dropped in and out. Depending on the wind, there were times we could not get any wifi. There was also no signal strength. We had a series of emergencies including one with a credit card and needed to make calls abroad. When you have emergencies, you need to be able to make calls with wifi and it was not possible.. When we arrived at 4pm at the hotel, we were told that that the single beds could not be made into a double bed until the next day, because there was no staffing. We stayed one night and told the hotel the issues we were having but the response was to use the wifi from their lobby, which did not work because we needed privacy that a lobby could not provide us nor did we want to get up in the middle of the night to walk down the hill to the lobby check emails or make calls We stayed one night and the hotel would not refund any part of the other 3 nights we paid in full. The hotel's solution was to offer a return visit, but if you are traveling from half way across the world, I didn't want to make that commitment. I think the right solution should have been to penalize us for half the stay, and put the hotel up for rental again.

The street view of the hotel is nice. The location is good. It's an easy walk to the port. The views from the balcony are nice and you can have nice breezes.

Rated as a 4 star, more like a 3, but a nice hotel. It is set over 2 different levels and has a lot of steps and paths,

location was nice, situated halfway between the marina and the beach strip, room was a decent size and the view was to die for.Plenty of bars and shops within 500 metres of the hotel.Maid service everyday.Deep Pool one end, nicely kept.

The comfort was really low. Enough to survive two nights but, I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. The facility is pretty old and you can really feel it. The beaches are okay but nothing special. We really had to try looking for interesting places around. Good luck d for a cheap and short stay.

The location is nice. You should definitely check the beach behind the chapel in the Pisa Livaldi town.

The level of cleanliness was not bad, but I am a bit fussy, and in my opinion it could have been better. Not sure if my expectations are logical, but normally when room cleaning comes, they put things in order, etc. Here the didn't. Beds are nice, pillow's a bit too high. Airco was working, but was a bit 'wobbly'

The location is perfect, situaties at only 2 minute walk from midtown. There was a private parking available, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us plan some things, and they were more than happy to do so. Every day we were met with a great smile and friendliness. The breakfast was basic, but nice. There was Greek Yoghurt (super nice!!), bread, eggs, fruit, etc. The room we booked was very spacious, had a little (outdated) kitchenette, a balcony with sea view, all very nice.
