We stayed at Panoraia room on top floor (free room upgrade). Big, very clean and warm room featuring a working fireplace we used with no extra charge. The room was decorated in neo-traditional style. The hotel offered us free parking in premises. Staff very kind and considerate. Location extremely convenient-city centre within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Very clean room, nice decorated, bottle of wine offered from the hotel ion our arrival together with traditional local treats. Next to the lake as well as city centre. Very good breakfast and coffee. Very polite and kind personnel, willing to help, give you directions or suggest activities and places to visit. This is only a suggestion, it would be good to have the option of light lunch or a variety of snacks and some wine, in case somebody is tired and do not eant to go out

I think it was one of the most pleasant stays, if not "the most". the hotel is located a vey short walk from the lake shore, the old city walls, museums, restaurants and everything else which worth visiting in Ioannina. The instant when we reached the private parking lot of the hotel, the personnel came to us to assist parking and helping with the luggage. During the check-in procedures, the luggage already waited for us near the door of the room at the first floor. The lobby of the hotel and the rooms are amazingly decorated, with an "old days" feeling. Inside the room, complimentary water bottle and 4 soft drinks in the refrigerator, coffee machine and capsules, a rich supply of hygiene products in the bathroom. The breakfast was rich and tasty, custom made scrambled eggs, vegetables and fruits and an excellent coffee . After check out, on our way out, we received another couple of water bottles. To cut a long story short, an excelent choice for tourists in Ioannina.

There was nothing about this hotel which we did not like.

Lovely old fashioned hotel situated a stones throw from the lake and with plenty of restaurants close by. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning. Parking was also on the premises.

Excellent service. Kind, professional and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was huge and you're only 2 minutes from the castle. Parking right next to the hotel as well. It's a busy city but the hotel is tucked away in a quiet area.

Everything was great!!! Great location in a historical house. Verry nice and cosy room, comfortable bed, all the amenities needed! The personel is verry friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was exceptional. We received cold water for the road at check out :) We are sorry we arrived late in the night and could not stay longer, as they have a nice SPA menu. Next time we will arrive early and enjoy spending more time here. Thank you for everything!!!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at ARCHONTARIKI Historic Boutique Hotel. The beautifully decorated rooms were inviting and spotlessly clean, and large enough to accommodate four persons. The breakfast, featuring local delicacies, freshly squeezed juices and custom-made omelettes, was a standout. The friendly and multilingual staff offered excellent advice for exploring the city, and the convenient on-site parking in the city center was a major plus. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ioannina.

Everything.. the decor, mixed with the high tech like Bluetooth mirrors, the little touches in the bathroom and bedroom, soaps and creams; the free drinks in the minibar replenished daily; the sumptuous breakfast with everything thought of, especially freshly squeezed orange juice… but most of all, the people, the staff in this hotel are just amazing… professional, kind, hardworking, informative… this is Greek hospitality at its best!!!
