Closest supermarket is 3 km away which is not a problem at all if you have a car (Alex was super nice and gave us a lift to the supermarket so we were well taken care of - thanks again!)

Beautiful view from the balcony - absolutely stunning! Great garden with a swing to relax as well. Very peaceful and a perfect place to relax, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Most comfortable beds we've had during our Corfu trip - and the only ones with a mosquito net. Everything was super clean, a lot of towels provided and the owner has thought about really everything - Alex (the owner) is just the best! He even drove us to the next village to buy water as we didn't have a car (as we were hiking the Corfu trail). Best accommodation we've stayed at during our corfu trip - can highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again :)

We chose the apartment because we read it´s a quiet place with a personal touch of the owners. We loved it! Your only neighbours are other people in the apartment house. There are gardens around. Other homes in the distance. We very much appreciated no noise from other people partying as we have hectic lives back home. You can stare at the sea or at the stars and bats. We saw a turtle crawling through the garden! We would also point out the owners' friendly approach. Especially Mr. Areti. He just takes care of ALL his guests. But not the annoying way. He always offered to everybody his fruits from the garden. I know how to eat opuntia and other unusual fruits now. I twisted my leg so Mr. Areti offered me his cream and helped me with that too. We were leaving very early in the morning and he just met us to say goodbye in the rain!!! We just felt so welcome and relaxed so much! We would definitely come back. Such a great family.

The only bad point is that the first shop is 3 kilometers away, in another village. However, this village is one of oldest in Corfu and very beautiful, so it's a good occasion to visit it !

It was really amazing. The owner is so polite and friendly, he helped, explained and advised us on everything. The location is super clean, with a free parking and very calm. This is a great place for those who want to have peaceful and resting holidays, seaside in front, mountains in back. The sea is so close that you can hear waves from your room !

The signs pointing in the direction of the house could use a freshen up, we didn't see them the first time and Waze was a bit unreliable. I would suggest using Google Maps on the last few miles. We didn't have much cell reception up there so rerouting was a bit hard.

We had a wonderful time in Areti Studios. The views are amazing from the terraces, the grass is well kept and green in the garden. We had a great surprise when the resident greek tortoise made an apperance one morning. The host Alex is really kind and great to talk to despite the language barrier. After running around the island all day we usually walked down to the beach to have dinner at the restaurant and have a late day swim in the sea. Watching the sunset from the beach or from the terrace with a beer has been amazing. I would definitely stay here another time if I have the chance.

The host was friendly and helpful. He offered to drive us to a grocery— we gladly accepted! The rooms were spacious, the gardens and views beautiful. It was a lovely place to spend two days.

Great location with a stunning sea view. Peaceful, quiet, close to the beach (not crowded even in August). Alex, the owner, is super helpful and happy to help with all questions. He even helped us, to rent a motorbike, when there was no available vehicle in the entire Corfu. And drove us to the nearest town for shopping :).
