The room next door was occupied by 3 workmen who were well behaved but got up at 6am and had their breakfast on the terrace. They came back early afternoon and drank beer on the terrace till the evening. Nothing wrong with that but mixing holidaying couple and workmen perhaps not a good idea.

Everything was really nice.

Great location, close to the port. Apartment was really nice, fully equipped and very comfortable for family (2 adults + 2 children). You are not going to miss anything. Although we stayed only 2 nights, we have cleaning service on second day (changing towels too). Host was really helpful, always available for any support.

Fabulous location and the apartment was spotless,comfortable and had everything anyone could need to enjoy a holiday . The private courtyard outside our door had orange and lemon trees and in the evening these were lit up with fairy lights. We used this courtyard as our private magic extra room for dining and evening drinks. The lady who owns the apartments gave us excellent advice on everything including helping us to hire bikes and the best hiking trails. We will be forever grateful for Aurealia’s extraordinary kindness and friendship . We hope to return to the Aria Apartments in the not too distant future.

I visited Aria Apartments in October. I spent 20 minutes to kill at least 15 mosquitos inside the room. Actually, mosquitos were the only negative of the room. For sure not responsibility of the owner but again... Thankfully room is white and easy to spot them.

Quite location, close to new and old harbor of Spetses. Clean room, with large yard in front. Very polite staff. They let us to check out late considering that there was no guest after our booking.

I loved the decor - retained the simplicity of the island location, but had an added touch of style - tasteful tiles and furniture. The host had a bottle of wine in the fridge, hot croissants, a big bowl of fruit, espresso coffee - large bottles of water. In addition to the apartment, there is a nice outdoor area where you can sit in the shade and eat breakfast and a place with a hammock to relax. Its close to a nice beach and conveniently located between the old and the new harbour. The host was always ready to help - offering suggestions of places to eat - helping to transport the luggage to the port upon departure, etc.

Everything was amazing! The studio was located in a quite villa, very close to the center of Spetses. The studio had EVERYTHING you could possibly want: robes, hair dryer, nespresso machine, slippers, toothbrushes, tampons, beach towel, your own dining area on the terrace, everything. Really appreciated the complimentary fruit and big bottles of water (necessity as its so hot on the island). It was impeccably clean with a beautiful design. What really surprised me was the fact that the studio was cleaned daily! I hadn't expected that but it was a lovely surprise. Aurelia couldn't be nicer and more helpful. IT was a better stay than at any hotel.

The sofa-bed was not very comfortable and the room was not very big (wouldn't call it small though).

The hostess was very polite and helpful, the room was very clean and comfy. There were plenty of complementary fruits, water bottles and juice in the fridge (very helpful since water is not drinkable in the area). The apartment itself was in great condition and very close to the central point of the island (5 minute walk).

Nothing, everything was great!

I was travelling alone to Athenes but met another woman in the same situation and we decided to take a one-day trip to Spetses. I reserved the very nice Aria apartment and off to the ferry we went. The building has 2 side by side apartments and I believe ours was the biggest. The owner lives nearby and was waiting for us outside when we walked up from the ferry (a short 10 minutes walk). We had a nice outside area to take a coffee and make plans, a hamac to sunbathe and a small door in the garden giving quick access to the beach. The apartment itself was very big, cool (air conditionned in each room) and exactly as described in the pictures. Complimentary bottles of water, Nespresso coffee and even a bowl of fresh apples. Beach mats and carrying bags were available (use them) and the owner also supplied us with more towels for the beach. We slept like babies in the very confortable bed; I would definately go back to Aria apartment Fit my next visit to Spetses.
