Lack of light in the room.

Excellent location and fabulous breakfast set. Very kind and warm meeting from personnel. Early check in was possible and saved our day after early (I mean EARLY) morning flight.

Overall, my experience was really good; the only thing that was a little disappointing was our room was located away from the main hotel and the apartment next door was not part of the hotel and was an eyesore form the outside.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and you couldn't ask for a better location.

Nothing to dislike. We had a wonderful stay in Santorini.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. They were polite, helpful and happy. They helped with luggage, suggestions on tours and were happy to book any tour we wanted. They were very knowledgeable about Santorini. We booked a private tour of the island with Michael, a staff member and enjoyed it very much. He was very knowledgeable about Santorini and Greece. The breakfast was very generous and fresh.

Bathroom could be updated.

The staff were great- especially Alex and Ilias. The room was lovely. Breakfast was amazing. And the location was perfect- up the stairs from the courtyard into old town. The pool was also beautiful.

A beautiful quiet and spacious haven right in the middle of bustling Fira town centre. We always stay here and it is relaxing, and a total pleasure every time. Rooms are exquisite and breakfast in the garden is lovely. The Concierges this year were both absolutely charming.

Mattress was very firm. Slept very well but must like a firm mattress.

Great location. Right off the main shops and restaurant district but also secluded from foot traffic. Staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and convenient for booking attractions during our stay.

Great location in the centre of Fira. Close to restaurants and shops. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the swimming pool. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Room was functional, no bedside locker/ drawers or window.

Very minor, the bathroom could use some shelving to put toiletries on.

The property was clean, neat and just as shown in the photos. It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast value for the price of the stay was also fantastic. We will be back to enjoy the central location, the amazing pool and a great surprise was how private it is. Thank you

Would have been nice to have a small chair or more hooks to hang things.

Location is centralized and near everything. Away from the main road and cannot hear traffic noise. Breakfast is of good quality and plentiful. Staff is attentive and ready to assist at anytime.

Beautiful pool area which was well appreciated after a long day travelling! The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful! It is also right in the centre which is great, but it was also quiet despite this!

There is no complementary shuttle service from the port. You have to either get a taxi, pay for a personal shuttle or plan your way with public transportation. Overall it’s not a big issue but you will have to plan accordingly.

Very satisfied of the overall experience. The breakfast service was good, the food was good. You eat inside the hotel private garden area which is very nice The hotel is very well situated and you have a direct access to the Fira old alleys

It was very expensive for the space provided, the bathrooms were outdated and the hot water made the taps scalding hot which was not ideal with a family

Amazing place, right next to the market in Santorini Qasim was super helpful as was Alex in giving Recs for activities and helping us feel welcome
