The view was awesome! Great location and really lovely host, we managed to rest and enjoy the village.

The room is pretty small, but we were ok in the end. The bathroom was a little bit weird because the toilet was in the shower and got wet every time, but we already knew it thanks to other reviews here on booking. The internet was pretty slow, even though reviews said it was fast.

The apartment was very clean and it was cleaned almost every day. The sea view is wonderful. We appreciated that the stuff offered us coffee every day and that we could borrow beach umbrellas from them. They gave us a lot of towels.

The only negative thing is that the nearby church bell is very loud - it woke us up at 7:30 on Saturday and Sunday. If you're following Google Maps for the location, be careful with the steep streets, especially if your car has low clearance.

We had a great stay at Aria's. The studios are very clean and comfortable. They are located very close to the beach and the city center.

Everythig! The location is 2 min walking from the city center, we had an amazing view over the sea from our balcony, great coffee machine and coffee everyday from the property s side 😃. What it was amazing: the cleaning, all sparcling every day! The cleaning lady was coming everyday! We loved it and totally reccomend choosing this accomodation. We will defenitely come back.

Parking spots , are not guaranteed in front of the facility. We were guests in the end of season, last weekend in august, and we don’t have that problem. But in July it might be a bit of problem for people who want to see their car every second.

There is no table and no wardrobe in the room. Very limited space for personal belongings. Too many cats on and around the terrace. Difficult to find parking space around the house.

I liked the attitude of the owner and the staff of the hotel. The room had been renovated and the beds were very comfortable. Sofia, the boss, is a jewel in the crown. She is very helpful at all times.

Amazing place - ideal location, breathtaking view, very friendly host and everything was perfectly clean. The room had everything we needed with a very good AC. The decoration of the common spaces is lovely. Street parking was easy.

Magnificent location with amazing hosts giving us tips and being available when we needed. The house is at walking distance from the Neos Marmaras beach and also from the places where the restaurants are. The hosts are making available sun umbrellas and beach towels on request (we did not need them though since we brought our own).

The bed was a bit uncomfy for us. In the mornings we could hear water system working from the neighbouring room.

Spectacular view to the sea from the balcony. Nice and helpful hosts, clean apartment (with everyday cleaning). The room was equiped with a coffee machine and we received refills for the capsules. AC worked well and silently, it was not directed at the bed which was great. Sometimes friendly peacocks visited the garden, too during breakfast. :) The apartment was close to the lively centre but it was still quite.

Location of the property is perfect - city center is very close and there is no need to “climb” in this hilly place. The room has everything you should have and is being cleaned every day. Sofia is great host, she really helped us when a doctor’s appointment was needed

Top location, with sea view, rooms have everything that a person needs - AC, TV, hair dryer, beach towels, fridge, free water, coffee, nice blinds, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gels.. as I said everything! Also everyday the room is cleaned, towels are changed, the hotel offers a beach umbrella. The hotel is close to the center and the beach as well, there is a clinic like 5 minutes away. For the money I paid - great value.

The location was perfect, really close to the shops and the restaurants, but at the same time was really quiet. The room was spotless clean and really comfortable! From the balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view!! The host was really kind and helpful with her recommendations for the beaches in the area. About the parking there is not any problem to stop in front of the house. It's really nice compliment that every day the host left for us coffee and water. I totally recommend this place!! We spent unforgettable time there and for sure we will come back!!
