This guesthouse is absolutely amazing, and exactly in the centre of Arachova. My family and I had the most wonderful time in Arachova, and this guesthouse played an important role in our experience.

The bathroom had a jakuzzi, which was driping water while bathing. The water pressure was also very low. Other than that everything was great.

The guestroom is within a walking distance from Kalavryta's main street and Lakka's square, with a breathtaking view of the village and the picturesque homes. The room was very spatious, with a fireplace and free logs for use and it hosted a small playground on the balcony, which was a very good addition for keeping our small ones occupied, when staying in the room.

Great location, helpful host but didn't meet her. Key was left at door. Property was very cosy and we were even left things in the fridge. However cleanliness was not as good in places such as stove bathroom heating and bathroom unit. But would stay again. Fireplace makes it more cost and decor too.

Very difficult to park a car. Be ready that streets in the city are very narrow.

Very impressed with our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly. Property is well located a few minutes walk into the centre of Arachova. Strongly suggest!

It's a charming place in a charming town with narrow streets and a special atmosphere. The rooms are clean and in a high standard. And from the terraces you have a beautiful view: you see the roofs of the houses placed below and the mountains. People in the town are very nice and helpful and the town is very safe. It is not easy to drive, as the streets are very narrow, but at the same time this is one of elements that make this town special and so nice.

Please add more equipment in the kitchen for all guests such as bowls/plates and more spoons. That would make it easier to use the kitchen and enjoy breakfast together.

Nice location in a small village. The maisonette room is big enough for a family of four with 2 beds and warm water.

The rooms need urgent refurbishment and maintenance. the furniture are in dire condition, we had to place towels to sit on to use them as they looked totally unhygienic. The kitchen equipment was very minimal, there was only one glass, no lighter, one knife, even though our studio could accommodate up to 3. The shower was a disaster, broken door, no holder for the shower head, nothing to hold shampoo bottles etc.

It was cosy and very close to the center of Arachova. The free wood for the fireplace was a cute addition.

There was a leaking in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen area. There was no option to have even a cup of coffee ( no coffee, no appropriate facility to have a coffee/ was not working).

Poorly equipped kitchen e.g. only one wine glass, one coffee mug, only one knife, no coffee pot for coffee maker, one pot did not work on induction element. Had to hold shower nozzle as no holder for it. Radiator leaked in bathroom. Super uncomfortable chairs on balcony.

Perfect size room for two. Good drinking water. Excellent induction burner. Gorgeous view. Excellent support for where to park.

We called them that we have arrived and said to us shes coming in 10mins but we were waiting for her for 30 mins so she could atleast meet us and explain more about the place but we didnt meet her. They just explained yo us over the phone. check in check out no show of her. The bathroom was bit smelly. We didnt even have 1 bottle of water The pillows were really flat(like over used) Didnt have a garbage bin by the kitchen take God we both something from outside to put our trash Wanted ro make coffee the next day, but couldn’t because the filter coffee machine still has the coffee from before. We checked in really late and we were tired we couldnt check everything if all in order but on our check out at some point we saw that the bedsheets were dirty, like a coffee stain. my bad i didnt take a pic of it. and last thing, I lost 2 things my socks and beauty blender. we searched everywhere, we even informed her to give us a call if she finds it( well not to return it to us but atleast to inform me if i just misplaced it or someone took it) but she didnt give us a call. I came home, search my luggage and guest what i didnt find it. So impossible for me to lose things since all of my things were just in one place. We searched everywhere even in the plastic where we put our trash cuz maybe i put it there by mistake you know. couldnt be under the bed cuz it was rolled up together and the beauty blender looks like a ball. there was no space for it to roll under the bed! I mean yeah its just socks and beauty blender they dont cost much but still, what else we could have lost!!!!!!!!!!

We checked in really late and was easy to check in since she just left the key by our room The place was really cozy, good only for 1-2 people. They provided us breakfast (2 ham and cheese sandwiches, slices of sweet bread, cereal, jams and butter) even if it was not included The bed was big full heater and hot water

The only minor inconvenience was that there is no parking. (But you can park on the main road and take a 5 minutes walk uphill to get to the house)

The owner was very kind and the room was clean, it was well indicated and easy to find and close to the restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony is breathtaking with the mountains and valley in the background and perfect to have a drink after a day of hiking! Arachova is close to Delphi (10 minutes by car) and even closer to the Delphi archeological site and museum. A must see if you go there!
