It really needs refurbishment. No proper kitchen. You need to pay for the bedsheets in cash, why? Just incorporate it to the price, as always.

The parking is very small and was hard to get in and out with an SUV. The shower was a bit dirty and too small.

The apartment in perfectly located, at 5 min walk from the Acropolis, and next to the tram. Everything was quite clean and the flat has all the needed facility.

Should consider changing the bed frame- very noisy, you moved a cm and the whole thing made cracking sounds, couldn't have a proper sleep.

The bathroom was rather small, especially the toilet - but it was fine. It would have been helpful to know that the garage is soooo small and you can't turn your car around unless you have a Smart or something like that. We were able to back out without scraping the sides, but it was a challenge. I wish we would have known before driving down there. Our car wasn't big, but you really need a tiny car. We could have also stayed inside the garage on the top area (kinda flat), but we also didn't know that we were the only one using it.

The place was very cozy and nice. It was clean. The apartment was plenty big and it had a garage. The bathtub was a big small, but the water pressure was great.

Very small bathroom without floor sink, so the splash water from the shower had nowhere to go. The towels were clean but quite old. The complimentary coffee facilities could be better. To access the room, must go up 7-8 stairs and then go down 4-5 stairs, although it is on the ground floor.

Location, comfy beds, spacious room, cleanliness, microwave oven, blackout curtains, overall good condition of the property, quiet. Fair price, simple and fast check in/out process.

Suggestion - maybe some tourists could use bigger fridge or freezer to store some food products.

Location was just perfect! Very near to Acropolis, old city center, supermarkets, parks, subway stations etc.! Apartment was simple, but everything what we needed, we found there! There were NO problems with entering in the building, or to get the keys of apartment! Host was very welcoming, and we did great communication before our arrival. It was possible to check in even earlier. And we had possibilities to prepare our meals by ourselves. Everything was great! :-)

There is some noise coming from the road nearby, but we slept OK with closed windows.

Nice apartment with basic amenities and renovation, but will work for not very demanding travellers. The parking needs to be arranged and it's really tight what the host clearly communicates. Our Skoda Rapid did just fine, but there is also a small hump and with the combination of the tight space, it did not make it easy on our clutch ;).

There was no TV, which is odd for nowadays. I mean not everyone wants to read books as maybe they might work at a Library and their free time they spend on watching TV! We also forgot a smartwatch there, and nobody even bothered to contact us for that!

Due to the proximity of the busy street, the noise of passing cars could be heard. It was a problem to find a place to parking.

The apartment was clean, well equipped. Ideal location for visiting the historical part of Athens.

There was no parking anywhere. Parking was awful everyday. They didn’t change our towels even though we put the sign out to do so. There is an extra $12 euro charged for linens in addition to everything you already paid.

Very minor things but the price of sheets/towels was not included (which I missed in the booking phase) + hot water lasts only for two very quick showers at a time so you might need to plan your mornings ahead. But these things did not impact our stay really, just good to know :)

The location is just perfect - not once did we need a taxi or public transport in the city. The staff/host is very helpful and kind and provides great instructions on how to get there from the airport. We had the penthouse and the large balcony is definitely a plus, as is the equipped kitchen. Great place for a couple to stay easily for a week.

- The bathroom is very small and therefore uncomfortable. - Even though the apartment isn't located in the center, you can clearly hear the noise from the nearby main street - it's bothersome if you are a light sleeper.

- Very good location for a few days stay in Athens - close to the center and main attractions, close to bus and tram stops, 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station. - Very good contact with the host - if you have any problem, he will be happy to help you. - Simple check-in and check-out - the host provides all necessary information on how to do it and how to get to the building from the airport.

The location was perfect for exploring Athens. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Arrival was smooth and easy. Contact with the owners was quick and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The price was incredibly good too 👍

There are some extra costs for the linens and towels that are not included in the rate. You have to pay it in cash.

Very good location. The suite is very clean and comfortable. There’s a kitchen where you can cook. The terrace is also nice, you can enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine there.

I didn’t not like anything coz everything was great but just the charge for sheets and towels I found a bit odd. 🤷‍♀️ why can’t it be included in the price 🤔 it’s not like you can stay without. Also thank you so so much for letting us check in so much earlier. 🙏🙏🙏

I was honestly surprised of how good is the place, coz I have already stayed few times in Athens and didn’t get exactly what was on the pictures so was already prepared and suddenly by opening the door, we (my daughter and I ) were so so so pleasantly surprised, it’s better then on the pictures 🥰🥰🥰

The bathroom was a bit pokey and didn’t have a plug for the bath. A smart tv would have been a welcomed addition too. The Tv in the room wasn’t compatible, and only showed local digital tv.

The location was Great. Situated 6 min walk from Acropolis, short walk to Monstiraki, Plaka, Omonia, Syntagma, etc
