The place was great and well kept. But the staff was really the best thing with my stay. Their kindness and willingness to help was outstanding and really made me feel welcome. I had to rush out in the morning, but I wanted to thank them through here for making my stay absolutely lovely!

Wonderful hotel with hidden gem which is the staff! Super helpful, open and warm Vivi from reception. Very nice lady responsible for delicous breakfast and others from the Team maked my stay very comfortable. Hotel is very close to the beach and has its own parking what is a big advantage. I like also the town very much. Wish to go back there!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a perfect location, 30 second walk from the beach and a 2 minute walk from the promenade so close enough to be able to get to everything within a couple of minutes but far enough to be away from the noise. The staff were all friendly and helpful and happy to give suggestions of where to visit, eat etc. The rooms are are great size and really clean with fresh towels provided everyday. The pool area is private and peaceful with a great poolside bar. Can't recommend enough!

Housekeeping didn’t want to give me more than one towel when I asked, as I was only one person. I have very long hair and need a second one for my hair.

Beginning of the season, so the property was adjusting to getting ready with some things not quite ready. Two things for improvement would be better towels and providing some (at least two for arrivals) coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. People could always buy more for longer stays at a nearby market, but having the machine, but no ability to make coffee on your first night is a bit disturbing.

Location is a little bit of a distance from the popular area, but provides access to a relatively quiet beach, offsetting the distance. Studio type room made everything convenient.

Their pans were all scratched, and I made breakfast everyday. Vicky and Vivi were really nice about it and they tried to help me find a pan that was in good conditions, Vivi got the job done and gave me a new pan. But I did have to cook two days on the scratched one that was in the apartment when we came.

It is close to the beach and you would have no problem finding Parking. There are restaurants and supermarkets close by.

The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was excellent. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet and the pool was very nice.

Everything was amazing and with a great view! With an amazing pool, it offers the traveller the chance to swim and rest just next to the facility, or.. go to the seaside and come back whenever you want, because the seaside is just steps away. It is reachable by local bus 20 or by taxi. Bilingual, very good welcoming. I liked most the blonde lady at the reception, she welcomed and said goodbye to us, in a nicely way. Will come back for another holiday for sure!

There is nothing I can think of to be honest. Everything was brilliant.

The location was amazing minutes to the beach, a short walk to Rethymno esplanade along the beach to main town taxis close by, and Vicky and other staff unbelievably friendly and helpful. Also Babis at the bar is amazing he will have you laughing and having fun in no time. A definite place to stay, we will be back soon, thank you 😊

Aristea hotel, is one of the best hotels in Rethymno. This is said even by the locals. We had an excellent experience in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and they can help you with everything you need. Really recommend the place. 👌🏻

Vicky at reception was delightful, super helpful and friendly, and gave us some great tips for local sight seeing. Breakfast was amazing and very good value. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The pool bar was great with the fantastic Babis looking after us.

Staff was great especially both ladies at reception! Breakfast was okay it had few choices to choose from for meals. Beach not the best but it's a city beach so you can't expect much. Would definitely stay here again as the location is quite good on the island as proximity of really nice beaches is good.
