Aris was a very friendly and helpful host, he gave us a very warm welcome and we felt at home from the first moment. The apartment ist in a very nice restored cretic Stonehouse. The apartment ist very stylishly decoratedand and very well equiped. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and a very pleasant stay.

Aris is a charming host. He's attentive without being invasive, and a message away if you need him. He brought a bag full of organic fruit from his garden and there were drinks in the fridge when we arrived. The house is small, ideal for two, although it does sleep more. It is very clean and very well equipped. It is well renovated and quite lovely. It is in a small village, with only a taverna, and away from the crowds, which suited us perfectly. However, it is just off a main road with easy access to surrounding villages and towns. And within easy reach of Heraklion. All in all a very good choice for our holiday to Crete.

Parking, especially at first, was a bit 9f a challenge. Once I realized it was best to park on the main road into the village, it was fine.

It was an exceptionally restored and modernized stone cottage in a tiny, rural Greek village. It made for a very pleasant stay in.a really unique property.

The house is near the express way. You can hear it when you are outside.

The beautiful stone house, all modcomfs it offers, kind and helpful owner. Not far (ca 40 min) from sites of interest: Heraklion, Matala, hiking trails, Zaros lake, interesting monastery .

Aristides house is probably the best stay we ever had in Crete, noting that we are locals and often travelling within the island. The house was constructed with huge care and it's modern with old times paintings. Finally Aristides did his best to help us with issues that came along.

The only thing is that we need to drive at least 1 hour to any activity except the winery near by and 10 minutes to market.

The use of stones keeps the temperature and makes the inside of the house very comfortable. The air conditioner works also very good. This house located in a small village where everyone are friendly and warm-hearted. At night we could see a lot stars and the milky way a little.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Everything about this accommodation was exceptional! We could have moved in and lived there it was so wonderful and had such great small touches such as toothpaste, suncream, a lovely bottle of local wine, and the most beautiful fireplace that they had already made up for us! The location was a small village but very close to a larger town (about 10 min drive) with everything you could need. Our favourite part was the stunning terrace! We would love to return!

Everything was great, there was nothing we could complain about.

It's beautiful stone house in little village with literally everything about the equipment of the house. Instructions were clear and Aris gave us also tips for trips around. Aris offered us with his own products which were great and tasteful. Also on the day of checkout Aris let us stay till the evening because we had night flight and we could enjoy extra day on the beach. It was unique stay and I recommend it for everyone.

This apartment was the best we have ever seen. Really well equpied, you can find there everything you need. A few snacks and refreshing. About comfort I can talk absolutly just in superlativus. It is really matter to spend nights there, the vibe, the moral this house is so authentic.

100/10! Beautiful, clean and with all amenities you could possibly need. The balcony is worth more than a thousand words. Location itself is very convenient, since there are a lot of places to visit close by. Host is super friendly and did his best to help us with everything. Definetely recommend!

It's situated closer to a highway than would be ideal, but that does mean you have easy access to other places!

An excellent restoration of a traditional house in a tiny village. No shop but a good restaurant . Well equipped kitchen, not flashy but functional. Lovely back porch. A restful place to come back to after a day of exploring the region.

Aristidis's House is in a tiny rural village. There's one friendly and tasty bar-restaurant, The Snail's House, but no other commerce within walking distance. If you want peace and quiet in a small community then it's perfect. If you want a lively location then this isn't the place for you.

Aristidis has lovingly renovated this Cretan stone house which had been built by his grandfather. Stone walls, wooden beams and traditional Cretan doors and windows, with a wonderful terrace shaded by vines. Plouti village is peaceful. A short drive will take you to the bustling small town of Zaros with many more restaurants. Or a bit further you can find lots of tourists in Matala. Excellent WiFi in the house, but the village has no phone network or mobile data so make sure you've got the key code before you arrive 😉 Don't miss a visit to the Zacharioudakis winery on the outskirts of Plouti village ❤️
