Great location - right by the beautiful beach☺️ also the swimming pool was amazing. Spacious rooms with balconies and superb views☺️ Quality of the buffet (all inclusive) was excellent - very tasty food and lots of choices. Really amazing staff - I checked in very late (around 11pm) and staff were so thoughtful that they prepared for me a small bag with food in case I am hungry🥹 This gesture means a lot - that the staff actually care about their guests. Thank you so much for everything - I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back (cannot wait🤭)

Lack of variety of food. There is no seafood at all. Perhaps this is due to the end of the season, but there is nothing to eat for breakfast.

Overall everything is good. Very discreet number.

One downside I found was the early closing time of the swimming pool, it was 6 pm (September). It would have been nice to have the option to enjoy the pool a bit later into the evening.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to a private beach that provides a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, which adds to the options for relaxation. The pool area has a good vibe, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. There is a tennis court available free of charge. As for the food, it's good enough without being exceptional. They do have a decent selection of dishes, you won't go hungry, and the variety of options should satisfy most people. The hotel operates on all-inclusive only, there are open bars at the swimming pool and the beach area. They serve local spirits free of charge with soda drinks (local brands). In general, it's a comfortable place to stay in a quiet area with a private beach and a pleasant atmosphere.

That question is unnecessary for me because I really can't find any objection!

One would not really expect individualized service while being in a large hotel, but I was taken away by how the employees here went above and beyond to ensure the guests’ comfort and requirements were met. They also made a vast facility feel intimate and welcoming. The excellent service was greatly appreciated. You have provided me with numerous reasons to be grateful. There is no mosquito nets on the windows. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are too close each other. Maybe it will be nice to put ashtrays on umbrella's tables because smokers throw cigarette butts everywhere on the beach. Some days the CD with music at the pool was one and the same all the day.

We liked almost everything. We had no big expectations because we made last minute reservation but we were positively surprised. Even we received upgrade of the room, so we had fantastic sea view and we are very thankful about that.

Nothing that worth mentioning. Just be aware if you want to visit this resort that are many families with small kids, that mean a noisy environment, also the pool is made for kids i will say , with depth starting from 0 cm to 120 cm max.

The view, comfortable beds, food and kids pool. The resort is having nice palms trees, kids park, private beach at few minutes walk.

It's on a hill and it has many stairs but it's not that bad.

Mainly a family hotel with good amenities and very friendly stuff. Very clean, renovated rooms and a brand new pool. The sea in front is very nice so if you want to stay in the hotel for your whole vacations its possible.

The pool only works from 10 to 18h, ridiculous! There is no reason for such limited times and then the staff rushes you out. Also, I don't see what is the big deal if you take an apple to the beach, the staff is policing the restaurant door and not letting anyone take anything outside, although it is an all-inclusive hotel and they do not offer any fruit at the snack bar, nor beach bar.

Absolutely everything was perfect, from service, cleanliness, wide selection of delicious food, drinks. The sandy beach was lovely. The nightly pool bar events were fun and interesting. It was definitely worth the money.

Great location. The food was delicious, especially the desserts :) We had a room with a very nice sea view. There is a parking space. There is a park with toys for children and I recommend it for families with small children.

the only negative ( if I want to be picky) was the smell of sewage in the bathroom . Still, with closed door and ventilation on , not a big deal

Fantastic resort. We were nicely surprised with everything. Picturesque surroundings, great swimming pool area, nice beach with all amenities. Pool is spacious , the life guard always there. Great for kids. Delicious and variety of food with choice for everyone. Different types of meat, fish, veggies, pastas, sea food, fruits, cakes, sweets ….traditional meals and many more , really fantastic food, we indulged a lot! Attentive and friendly staff, great management ( gentleman with glasses that overlooks restaurant and bars) that applies high standard of service. Relaxing atmosphere in the evening by the pool bar with nice music and drinks. There is gaming arcade for children so they can entertain themselves in the evening while adults having a drink.We had family apartment with two rooms so kids would stay in their own room with their own to -great solution ! Rooms were always cleaned nicely, fresh towels provided. There was an amazing air conditioning system, worth mentioning.The whole hotel is very clean and well looked after. The response to customer’s requests is instant. Once, we had no power in our room, the maintenance guy arrived within 5 minutes to fix the problem - very impressive!

Only the drinks in the all inclusive program were with low quality, but it was expected, so no hard feelings for it.

Everything was just excellent. Probably the biggest room we've had in these types of hotels, food was amazing, stuff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean. Location is also great. We recommend it 100%.
