The fridge in our room was not working properly and although we asked to be fixed we could not get a helpful response.

Location was great - it is just in between Armenistis and Mesakti beach (walk distance) The view from the terrace is priceless Rooms were clean, wifi was working very well -I had to work remotely one day and I could do all my meetings w/o any problem-

The utilities need to be renewed. Difficult parking situation in August. We would appreciate if our host was more present and helpful with tips and some information about the neighborhood

No major problems, just a few suggestions. Water pressure in the shower is not bad but could be better. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan. I 've read that the one - bedroom apts have one, but we booked the studio which didn't. Some small things in the kitchen like salt and sugar or even tea bags would be a nice add.

Excellent location, beautiful sea view, a very short walk from Armenistis and Mesakti beaches, which are among the best of the island. The place is clean and spacious, including a small kitchen. Bed is comfy, but what is really special is sleeping to the sound of the waves. The owner is friendly. We asked for an iron and he immediately provided it to us. I would stay there again.

Beautiful room overlooking the water with views to the village that has a range of good restaurants. Own private swimming, or very close to 2 beautiful beaches. Warm, generous hospitality from Spyros, his family and staff. A wonderful holiday.

The shower was a bit small, especially for tall people.

Perfect location with sea view and huge balcony. Located between two beaches and two small towns. Airconditioning was working fine.

The apartment is nice and clean, but the biggest advantage is huge terrace directly over the sea. Location is fantastic - the sea below the terrace and just 200 m to Mesakti beach, 15 min walk to Armenistis or Gialiskari restaurants. Spyros is perfectly organised and always ready to help or solve problems.

It is a 20 min. walk from the village and has one cafe and restaurant next door but no shops The bathroom could have allocated a bit more space to the toilet. Ikaria has virtually no public transport, so you need to rent a car or use taxis (20-24 euro return to inland villages).

The location is spectacular, away from (small) Armenistis, right above the waves braking on the rocks. What a sound! It is minutes from 2 of the best beaches one without facilities, the other with modest but sufficient ones. And surfing!

The motorbikes’ noise but I recon it’s not anything the hotel could do about it. The police has to enforce legislation about noise during the night. Just for the record I did not see any policemen in the island.
