Could have had a little more light in the kitchen

The view was amazing, there was a washer and the a/c worked well as well as the fact that there were separate air conditioning units for each upstairs and down

Beautiful apartements with stunning view, very well equiped, bright and cosy. Nice pool and place to organise barbecue. Very friendly and helpful host. We enjoyed to stay there very much. Thank you and hopefully see ypu again!

Not the easiest place to find, but our host helped by meeting us and showing the way, so all good.

Not so much that we didn't like, but here are some things that could have made our stay even better: - a bigger table on the terrace so that we would have more space for breakfast (there is enough space for 3 plates and cups, but not for any extras) - a mosquito net on the balcony doors, to be able to enjoy the fresh air during the night

The house was big and clean. The swimming pool was lovely and the location great. We loved how quiet it was and waking up to the song of the cicadas. There is a minimarket and a taverna in walking distance, but of course you do need a car to get around. The kitchen is well equipped, and the host was kind enough to provide all the basics for cooking, water and fresh fruit. The courtyard had plenty of shade to relax by the pool. We loved the views from the balcony and especially the sunset views

This whole experience more than lived up to our expectations, the location offered spectacular scenery, good walking in traditional local village, and swimming pool and garden area were wonderful. Our hosts could not have been more attentive, they had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and super relaxing.

We stayed here for three nights before travelling to meet friends. The house was perfect and we had a lovely stay, and wished we could have stayed for longer! Our kids loved the pool, the views are breathtaking, the town of Kokkino is picture perfect and you will not meet kinder hosts. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect, quiet spot with a stunning view and sunset. Michalis and his wife (sorry we didn't get your name!) are lovely and very helpful. They gave us good tips of things to do and see on the island. The villa itself is nice, clean and comfortable and the outside pool area is lovely. Nice little pebble beach just down the hill, too.

Irina and Michalis were great hosts. They were always available to answer your questions. Plenty of bath towels and swimming pool towels were provided. The house, location and view was fantastic. From your terrace you look down over the village and the mountains in the distance. It was wonderful to have a solitary morning or evening swim in the pool, and in the evening sit on the terrace and watch the sun sink over the horizon. The guests in the three other houses respected each others privacy (no parties/no loud music) so it was a perfect location for a quiet, relaxing holiday. A well stocked supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house, and although the local Taverna looked very basic, the meals were superb. Irina and Michalis, thank you very much. We would love to come back again, and we recommend Artemida Traditional Homes to anybody wishing to have a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Michalis was very accommodating having experienced electrical problems with Artemida apartments. And so kindly offered us his private villa near Plaka. It was a dream! It had everything in abundance, fully equipped with private pool and beautiful outdoor space and incredible views. Easy to access shops, beach, stunning walks in the local area. Michalis was always on hand to help if we needed. Thank you once again Michalis for our wonderful stay and experience of Crete. We would 100% recommend staying at Michalis's accommodation.
