Great place to stay with family for your calm vacation. To mention the main benefits of the place: 1. Clean apartment stuffed with all things needed for your stay (everything available if you want to cook). You can feel yourself as at your own residence house not far from the sea :) 2. Very friendly and kind stuff. We were welcoming by amazing person Chrisa who shared with us lots of useful tips (where to eat/where better to go/where to shop etc) She was very responsive and helpful in case of questions from our side during the whole stay. 3. Great green territory with very clean swimming pool with lots of available places and nice view to the sea (acceded expectations) 4. Very good sand beach and not crowded at all (we were coming at 9am and almost all of sun beads were still available). You can take sun-beads with umbrella with deposit for 10 Euro for which you can order anything you want from the bar. 5. Not far from the beach. It was 5 minutes to get to the beach by foot, but to get back around 10min, because you have to go uphill (we took it as benefit to have exercise not to get fat after vacation :)) 6. The biggest supermarket of Kalyves on the way to the beach which is super convenient as you don’t have to go somewhere separately to find good products (btw avocado and peach was really delicious from there). Thank you very much for our amazing vacation! I would love to come back one more time!

Open shower in the bathroom but being short, I got used to it but trickier for tall people.

location was perfect for breakfast on the beach, lounging by the complex outdoor pool, air conditioning enabling good nighttime sleeping.

we didn’t not like anything really but the bathroom is more like a wet room with hand held shower be prepared to rinse out door towels regularly

The location, views, garden, pool and owner were exceptional. The apartment is basic but perfectly functional, clean, the shower requires practice 😂 it has a stunning view. was fab to just chill out in the beautiful gardens surrounded by olive trees There are a fair number of cats who are looked after we will definitely come back

For a longer stay I would expect a clothes-washing facility. Some of the decorations seemed to be outdated. Door handles are outdated. Pool hours are 10-6.00..

The sea view was magnificent, even from ground floor. The kitchen was brand new, the double bed was really comfortable. We also enjoyed the patio.

the pool rules … use only 10-6pm I like to swim early in the morning big steep hill to climb to get to the apartments - but that’s what allows for the amazing view & it’s a good work out when you haven’t drunk too much Raki 😂

Location of the property was on top of a steep hill, of which the Supermarket/town/beach was at the bottom.

Lovely sized property, with air con and safe included. Wine, fruit, juice and water on arrival at the apartment a very nice touch. Friendly communication with the staff and able to keep room until picked up. Room cleaned every day except 2 whilst we were there. Very nice pool area, sometimes felt like your own private pool. Lovely views from the poolside.

The apartments are set in a beautiful and well taken garden in a very quiet area. The location overlooks the sea as it is on the side of a hill, There is a number of friendly cats as well. The apartment was simple in style but large, functional and comfortable. I stayed for 1 night only but it seems like a very nice place for relaxing holidays.

Please read description carefully. Rooms. Rooms are really outdated, and require renovation. I understand that it can be basic, but ... if it is basic and 20 years old, it smells bad, air condition also smalls bad, rooms don't have enough lights, it is bad experience. Also there are no bugs nets - which we had in all other properties. So it is not possible to leave doors or window open, because cats or insects can get inside. Old stove without manual, a few pots, coffee machine without filters and coffee :( Please read description carefully and make sure that pictures which you can see in booking, were professional prepared, lightened and things like flowers, nice wooden sun beds, colourful soap etc were put there only for these pictures. Anyway - the main issue was bad smell from furniture, beds and aircondition. We asked to change our booking form 4 to 2 days and moved to another property, from XXI century.

Swimming pool is really great, with spectacular view. There is also small swimming pool for children. Some white paint was fresh and stained our legs, but it was not big issue. Sun beds are different form pictures - like most other things. We also liked huge garden a lot of butterflies, green grass, big private area, but not many attractions for children - you can run, walk but there is no blanket or mat to sit or exercise yoga or similar activities. There was also noise from cycads from sunrise till sunset - it was really noisy, so you may like it or hate it. Also beach (1km downhill) is quite nice. Sandy, not very crowded. It is real benefit of this area, but walking there (and especially back) may be quite difficult during heat. There was no noise from the street down the hill - probably because of cycads all the day.
