There was not much natural light in the studio room. Inside the room there was only one chair. Reception was not available 24/7 although written so in the description.

The tidying up of the room is not done, not even once during the entire 5 days. Luckily, we know how to manage our room properly. :(

The place is easy to locate and 2 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was fantastic. We really enjoyed every morning with the magnificent view of the beach. The staff are very friendly. The hotel has a very nice and large pool. We really enjoyed our 5 days stay.

Breakfast. Really did not enjoy it, as we did not get to choose what to eat. I enjoy eggs for breakfast, but there was omlette only on one morning. Hotel guest could have special offer for beach sunbeds as well.

Really enjoyed our room - as it had two separate rooms and a huge balcony. Star of the show was the pool - which never had too many people on sunbeds or inside the pool, so we had good time using it daily.

At the pleasure beach, beach area (Separate from the owners of the hotel - they have no control of sunbed pricing at the beach) they supply sunbeds ranging from 20 Euro for two beds and umbrella. Further down Dolphin beach charge 10 euros for 2 beds and umbrella. I believe sunbeds on the beach should be free to the pleasure beach hotel residents.

Breakfast was good. On the first morning we were given far too much food that we didn't order. You can however ask for whatever you would like for breakfast from toasties, full English breakfast, omelette, also coffee and juices.

The fact that we had to call for someone to give us the hotel key as it’s not true that the receptionist is there 24 hrs. In the room there is a kettle but it would be nice to have some tea/coffee and some sugar considering that before 9:00am, there is no way you can get a coffee. Sunbeds at the beach are at a price of €10 p/p and We would expect that they will be free for hotel users. The hotel has a pool but obviously it’s completely different from the beach as the pool is facing building and mountains. At night you might here the barking dog of the neighbors which once you get used to it, it wasn’t an issue.

We like the fact that the hotel is right next to the beach. The hotel has its own parking area. The room was clean but towel change only after 3 days. The breakfast is good and is done right on the beach but not before 9:00am.

The 2 best things about Pleasure beach hotel are the people working there and the location. It was also a great value for the money. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the beach club, it was amazing.

Malia is for the beautiful party people, and we felt quite uncomfortable as a family with smaller children. We didn't use the beach by the hotel, as it was packed and noisy.

The room was big, with a good balcony, a little kitchen with fridge and an extra bunk bed room. The breakfast in the cafe in front was lovely - we were served a variety of things over the 3 days we were there. The pool was good for an end of day cool down, and the couple running the hotel were very nice.

Malia is in fairness more of a party place and wherever you go out you have more or less drunk youngsters driving rented quads.

Kind and helpful caretakers that kept the hotel clean and nice. Near to the beach and nice pool area, also at a fair distance from the loud night life. Breakfast really nice in the club by the beach. We found ok restaurants with "local touch" within walking distance.

My only very small complaint was that I assumed the basic beach chairs would be free for members of the hotel but they were discounted instead. Not a big deal at all, I just wasn't expecting it.

The breakfast was phenomenal! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had and we travel a lot. The location was also excellent. It was within walking distance of the beach, with tons of restaurants and supermarkets, and places to rent vehicles and book excursions. They were also wonderful with our small children.

Hotel had a new owner and name, and therefore we could not find much earlier reviews, and we took some risk. But no regrets at all. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor. Bedrooms were not too big, but sufficient. Beds were really great. Cleaning every 3 days and spotless clean!!!. Bathroom somewhat small and could do a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast was served at the Pleasure beach club, and this was honestly the best breakfast we ever had. Imagine served breakfast with fresh ingredients served with a beach view at a beautiful beach club. Location at the end of Malia strip, but at least at this time of year this part was very quit, and still at walking distance from some nice restaurants. Pool was nice and most days we only ones using the pool

Our stay was amazing! We were welcomed by Hans and Anika, and they made our holiday very special. They were very helpful and treated us as part of the family. They were very professional and reliable. We want to go back because of them.

Breakfast starts at 9am, which is quite late as we wanted to travel around. Breakfast is not a buffet. There were no opportunity to have at least eggs ( only 1 day), but much cookies, so it would be good to add this to the menu.

Easy to collect the key. The property in pictures were more attractive than in reality , but in general the rooms were big and clean. Great location as the beach is 100 m from the hotel.
