Staff is good, so many shops nearby resturannt. Metro station is 3 minutes walk away.

First room the receptionist gave it to us wasnt good at all because the door of the WC was broken (WC without door) so we already refused to get that room and he offer us after that a good room

Garbage bins close to the hotel entrance. This hotel requires renovation.

All the staff were very professional especially Xristos with the exception of one of the front office clerks. He can use improvement with his manner.

Everything was good. The hotel was very good for the amount I paid. Overall my experience was satisfactory.

Very hard and uncomfortable bed and pillows. Usable for overnight stay between two bus trips but overpriced due to its location. Not suggested for longer stay.

Great location opposite the Thessaloniki railway station and tge second biggest intercity bus station. 24 h front desk, 24/7 snack shop in the same building. Clean room, elevator, friendly staff.

The private bathroom was in much worse condition than the shared bathrooms, which I saw upon checkout. Too noisy from the main street, rooms are also not soundproof, I could hear people from the corridor and the door lock was broken

For one night stay it was just OK, but I do not recommend it for a longer period. Both the receptionists I met were very nice and polite.

The neighbourhood is less dangerous than it looks. Several reviews mention that this area near Omonia Square is extremely seedy, and it's true! However most of the cheaper hotels in Athens are in this area, so I have walked along these sleazy streets after midnight many times, and nothing terrible has happened. So don't be too anxious, even though the area looks scary!

Room was very dirty, sheets were stained, bathroom was constantly dirty and the door to the balcony didn't lock.

It would have been nice to have serviceable wardrobe with more than 2 coat hangers-a kettle would have been good but that is all - it was just a little outdated but it was cheap!! The corridors were more modern than the room - I suppose i didn’t pay to sleep in the modern corridor

It was in a superb location!! The balcony was nice but no ashtray!! The bed was very comfortable and it was well served with a 24 reception desk!! Corridors and lift all very modern and clean!!

I did not like to share the toilets with all the other clients. But to be fair, this was included in the offer's description. So, it is my fault.

I just liked the price of the room (34 EUR). The location was close to where I was heading, so it was all good.

The facility was better on photos than reality. Bathroom needs hooks for towels and perhaps shelf for toiletries. Repairs needed for walls and doors. Curtains are stained and should be replaced. Sheets are too short for the mattress.

Location is good, close to metro, central to all the major touring sites. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store. I like having my own bathroom. Having air conditioning is a life saver. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

the location did not feel safe. when arriving the taxi driver was concerned about me staying in that area, telling me that it was unsafe

There was no kitchen or common area in the building.

If you want a cheap place to stay but nothing else this is perfectly fine. Room was clean and comfortable with a ceiling fan and three large windows. Bed was comfortable. There was a closet for clothes, a dresser and a TV.
