Clean and modern apartments with great views over Kassiopi from the top floor. Excellent prices for accommodation near the centre of the town. Superb cooked breakfasts by mine host Nikos and his family. Very friendly guy who worked in Liverpool for a while and speaks very good English. Warmly recommended.

The drive from the airport to Kassiopi

We loked the location - Kassiopi is beautiful all the year around.we liked the location of the hotel- on the hill where you could see the sea , the hills, the village and the fishing harbour...The hotel is spotless clean! It has a kitchenette and we could cook the fish I adore and sit outside with the book and glass of wine which is absolutely fabulous. The owner Nikos and his help Irene are very kind and friendly and were going out of their way to make us comfortable and happy.

The nicest “view pictures” on booking are from the highest floor .) We stayed at the lowest one but we still had a nice view from the balcony (where we stayed the most of the time).

Everything was great :) The owner was kind to us (driving cool retro Vespa), breakfast excelent and location at the hill too. Our favorite beach was 12 min walk The place has its own free parking place. It’s great that our room had a fully equipped kitchen .

Intermediate cleaning of the appartment would have been nice, as well as having a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Super friendly host who does an excellent job at meeting everyone's demands. Breakfast was formidable. Beds are comfortable. Our room's balcony provided us with an excellent view of the town.

On a solely personal note I would have chosen an upper floor for a better balcony view and the fact that they receive evening sun for longer.

Nikos was a absolute gem ,friendly and always ready to accommodate. Top notch customer service alongside a spotless apartment cleaned daily.The breakfast was varied and freshly cooked. Freshly made Latte coffee was delicious as was the ice cold orange juice. A perfect location to get supplies from local Supermarket's and for access to the strip to Kassiopi harbour and all it has to offer. Pool opposite is a welcome bonus and free to use if purchasing food or drink.

Everything perfect!

Everything was amazing! Location, the rooms with balcony, the breakfasts! Loved my cheese and tomato omelette and flat white each morning! Thank you to Nikos and team! You made us feel so at home. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I felt very relaxed, safe and the community in Kassiopi are so lovely. I would definitely return and recommend Artheo.

It was fantastic, Nikos was an excellent host - he was so attentive, made a great breakfast every day and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and fun. It was like being invited and welcomed into his home and village. I would recommend Artheo to anyone and would return to Artheo if I come back to Kassiopi.

The only slight criticism was the hairdryer was not the best. Kept on cutting out very quickly. But that was it.

Excellent breakfast with barista coffee. The use of the pool was a real bonus.

The room's balcony would benefit from an awning or sun umbrella. Another couple of shelves in the lovely big bathroom would be good. Everything else was near perfect.

Location was brilliant - lovely and quiet at night but just a short walk to the harbour, cafes, restaurants, shops and beaches. The staff were all just lovely - friendly and helpful. Nico's breakfasts were delicious and generous and set us up for the day.

the hotel was absolutely amazing. the room was lovely and well equipped with a gorgeous view and balcony. the location was also exception, a very short walk away from the high street and a supermarket, but very quiet as well. however the main great thing was the staff, the free breakfast was absolutely exceptional with so much choice. on top of this, the staff were so kind and helpful, particularly Nikos (the manager), helping us with anything we needed. genuinely such a great family feel hotel and such great value, truly couldn’t have been a better stay! 5 stars!!

Wonderful place, wonderful owners. Boutiqhotel is located 2 minutes walk from the center, but on the side, quiet, calm, beautiful views. Modern apartment fully equipped, modern bathroom, super comfortable bed, super clean, extra kitchen. The owner serves great breakfasts, you feel at home, you feel taken care of. We already miss his omelettes and pancakes, smiling, always helpful. We were allowed to stay until late in the afternoon because our flight was at night and the next guests were arriving the next day. Thank you VERY much, we will definitely be back.

Very happy with our stay, the apartment was huge, with a lovely balcony, mosquito nets a bit plus, breakfast delicious and made to order. Drive up is a bit steep but there was parking space nearby also a nice public pool to use across the street. Less than 5 min walk to town, but very quiet, no noise at all.
