There is nothing which I don't like. We are returning guests. Previously we were in 2019.

The hotel is on a walking distance from the beach. It has a cosy parking place, as well as a restaurant where tasty food is cooked.

The only minus were the pillows which were too high.

The hotel is in a very quiet location and very close to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well air-conditioned. We had lunch a couple of times at the hotel and it was really nice. There was also a private parking.

Very peaceful place, near the sea, beautiful beach and clean apartment. Thanks to the owner and the staff, they were really friendly and helpful. Next year we will be back. It was perfect break. Hot recommended!

I didn’t saw a fish dish in the menu. I thank when a people are on the sea hope to try a something traditional fish dish.

The staff was soooo welcoming and communicative. They helped us with every request. The place overall was clean and very comfy, with rooms with a large balcony where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. The private beach is 7 minutes away from the hotel. It was clean, quiet and away from noise and agitation with a cute boy who served us every time. The restaurant had very delicious and various dishes, we enjoyed some breakfast and lunch there. It is very suitable for families and relaxed holidays.

With top floor comes both the view and the many stairs - so be mindful that you will have to manually carry that luggage up and down, etc. Better not forget anything small before leaving ;) Rooms were very well cleaned upon check-in but the intra-day cleaning schedule was a bit random. The beach chairs (for the beach right in front, which is managed by the same property) are locked for overnight and staff usually opens them up around 9.30ish in the morning, so if you are an early riser be prepared to put your towel on the sand. There was no kettle for boiling water in the room so the workaround was to boil using the hot pot, which is just slow and a lot less convenient (but if you are not in hurry it can get you the hot water). Shower water temp was unstable, but not something to worry much in the summer plus this is common in many accommodation places across Greece.

Excellent location - just next to the beach and also not too far from the edge of the main central pedestrian area. We had top floor room and we had nice sea and town view. Room and bed were decent size. Place has good front yard with tables and shade for sitting, relaxing, eating and drinking. There is private car parking at the hotel. Reception and all the other service staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They can answer any questions and can give you recommendations.

There's nothing we did not like.

The owner and all the staff are super kind and do everything to give excellent hospitality. Spaceous room, very good and delicious breakfast, great service on the beach with refreshments and sandwiches. For sure we will come back to Assamaris, we had one of our best vacations ever in Asprovalta!
