The swimming pool was not available as it was out of season - the same in other hotels. There is no lift/elevator but it's only a few steps up to the room and the staff was anxious to carry the luggage for us.

The price. €49 for one night (24 to 26 May 2024) in a twin room with balcony and a view of the countryside, a good breakfast included, is hard to beat. The staff was very helpful, attentive, cheerful and welcoming. The hotel is situated in the countryside, just off a main road, and 25 km (30 minutes) from the centre of Thessaloniki. Parking my hire car was free at the hotel whereas hotels in Thess generally don't have parking (park nose to tail on the street if you can find a spot - which you can't - and risk scratches and scrapes on your hire car) or else it's "parking in a nearby private car park for €15 or €20 per day". I have read some terrible reviews of this hotel going back several years which list all manner of complaints. They were possibly valid at the time but not any more. The hotel is under new management and has been upgraded. It is not a new hotel but it is clean and comfortable and I am happy to recommend it. Red-rumped swallows were nesting in an alcove and it was a joy to see them zooming in and out. We don't have them in Ireland.

The hotel is dated, and some small things need repair/refurbishment. The shower is small and has a curtain which is sticking to the body while you shower. The road between highway and hotel, approx 100m is damaged and you need to drive carefully.

The hotel is on the highway, as a pit stop it is ok. It is close enough to visit Thessaloniki by car.We stayed only one night on the way home. The parking place is free, and in front of the hotel, which is very important. As we left really in the morning, before breakfast, the hotel staff arranged that in the morning we get a bag with food: sandwich, boiled egg, orange juice, a fruit and a chocolate croissant.

Distance from city center of Thessaloniki is enough, so it is not recommended for frequent rides to city. The last 50m of the road to the hotel are in quite bad condition and need your attention to avoid car damage. The arrangement of the bath and the toilet is not helpful at all and certainly needs rearrangement.

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was quite decent for winter season, there is plenty of parking space.

Great location if you are on a travel and need a night to stay over. It is easy to find, just follow the directions on the map. Friendly dog will welcome you :) Good breakfast. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended for short stay.

The rooms did not have any tea/coffee making facilities and no drinking water was provided in the rooms. However, there was a water cooler in the dining room so we made sure to fill up our water bottles before going to our rooms.

The hotel was a little out of the city - you definitely need a car to get there. But we knew that when we booked and were happy with the location as it was quiet and had plenty of parking. The breakfast was very basic but adequate and definitely a bonus at this price point. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and functional. The outdoor pool and gardens looked lovely and clean but unfortunately it rained when we were there so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor area.

Great location for taking a break if you are taking a longer trip to Greece. You can visit Thessaloniki, have a nice rest in comfortable bedroom, have great breakfast and move forward your journey, as it is close to the highway.

Not the most modern room, not the cleanest, but good enough for one night given the very low price per night. Breakfast was quite limited as options and not the best taste, but at least the food was fresh and safe to eat.

It was close to the highway so we could spend the night there on our way to Lefkada. The location had a nice yard with a nice view, the outdoor area was well maintained, pool looked nice (didn't try it) and the pets there were adorable. Personnel was very nice and spoke good english. I would book again for one night while in transit, but would not spend more nights there.

The hotel building is old, needs renovation. The place is right on the highway, which means noise from the cars passing by. The room had been obviously intensly used, many little things were broken - like the hook to hang the towel in the bathroom
