GermanyRooms old, pseudo Greek style. Need some renovations. Old bathroom with shower curtain ( 👎 ), some mold in the corner and a crack in the basin. No elevator. Difficult for elder people and if you carry heavy luggage.
Good location. Five minutes to the beach and town. Nice staff, very helpful. Big terrace with some sea view. Breakfast okay.

The BEST place we stayed during our visits to Agia Agelini. Impressively clean , hospitable and welcoming. Best price / quality ratio, with a 5 star service. The room was spacious (301) with a very comfortable bed. Above all, the best was the hositality of Dimos and Anna, once you let them get to know you, they go beyond their way to make your stay amazing! All is possible when you ask. Welcome drink, homemade cheesecake especially for my girlfriend and amazing olive oil to take home. Thanks for making our stay extra special! LithuaniaWords cannot describe, how great this hotel is. The welcome juice drink and home-made cake was a very nice surprise. The beds are very comfortable and big. The mountain views are outstanding day and night. They have rooftop terrace, that has magnificent panoramic views. For Breakfast you get wide choice of cheese, gluten free bread, meats, fresh desserts and juices. But for our family - the best of Astoria are their staff. The owner is very helpful with any problem and, as he said, he can fix everything. As it all was fantastic - we decided to extend our holiday in this hotel. Thank you for amazing holiday.

Personal very welcoming and friendly, very helpful, careful and Always the smile, it's very nice! The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms have a terrace, which is very practical. Breakfast included variety, local specialities and was very good and diversified. Very nice room to take the breakfast. The location of the hotel is very nice to visit lots of place of Crete during the day, while enjoying dinners in agia galini on foot. We're delighted by our stay at Astoria hotel. Good location, on main road but silent and still close to the nightlife area of the village as well as the beach. Staff was amazing, breakfast tasty. We only stayed one night so couldn’t check on facilities or lunch/dinner options.
