Very large room with balcony in the centrum of Mytilini !

They had repairing duties during our stay so it was a little bit noisy. The locks on the doors were broken. Balconies door was not getting closed but it also was not reachable from outside so be thoughtful of that.

It was in the very center of the city and close to everywhere. Close to the churches and bars :) The rooms and bathrooms are big and clean. The balcony is spacious. The receptionist is kind. Even tho we didn’t pay for a breakfast there was some things to snack on.

Little bit noisy in the morning, car parking can be a difficulty.

Great location, great customer relations by Costas, clean towels and daily room cleaning, snacks and refreshments. Much more then we have expected. I do recommend to everyone who like to visit this summer

It’s right in the center of Mytilini - I expected to travel with someone - in that Case I had a large room for myself.

Tidy and comfortable apartment with a balcony. Helpful staff who was present at time of my check in at 18. Everything was fine. I was provided with tea, coffee, bread, jam and croissant.

Handy location. We had a little balcony, which was nice. The room was comfortable. I really appreciated the fact the host let us bring our bikes inside, we locked them securely in a good place in the foyer. The host was very easy going and welcoming. Everything you need is close by. There os a convenience store a couple of doors away. You will find excellent cafes and shopping close by.

Room door was a little old. But it seemed like property was under construction.

Staff was very helpfull. We did not included breakfast but they left a few things (tea, jellys, buscuit) for the morning. Location was also perfect. Not noisy and very close to bars and tavernas. No parking spot. But almost all the hotels around does not have parking spot so it did not bothered us.

Very good location, right near the shops yet very quiet. Kosta was kind and helpful on our stay, there was a problem with the air-conditioner but he attended to it quickly. We were able to store our luggage until we left which was very convenient.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The place was right in the center,next to everything.

Furnitures were old. Hair dryer was not fixed. According to price its still enough for 1-2 days but not more.

The property was ok. It's an old hotel, so the rooms are spacey, however it needs to be renovated. My only problem was that the water didnt go through the drain easily, which is quite annoying. Other than this, the location was great, rooms were cleaned and etc

Teething problems are expected in new businesses. A few tips for the proprietor.......Leave an official contact number at the entrance. (Not a piece of notepaper stuck with sticky tape!). Leave instructions on how to contact you on arrival. Ask the new arrivals for their booking serial number and surname. Language barriers always cause confusion, so ask the new arrival to write it down, ref number, and name.which will correspond with their booking. Hope this helps?!!

Great central location. Lovely quiet, well equipped room with A/C. This is obviously a new business. There were a few issues with booking in. But once we were shown to our room it was fine. They even provided us with a breakfast tray for the morning, which was lovely of them. Recommended.

The aircon in our room was Making noises after prolonged use. A safe would have also been good in the room but in all fairness there may have been one and I didn’t see it. No shower screen in room also which is very common in Greece. Would happily stay here again for short stay

Location was fantastic ..walking distance to town centre and main strip. Host Konstantinos met us and was friendly and helpful with our questions. Very clean and affordable rooms

My stay at this hotel was delightful! The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. The manager, Kostas, was incredibly warm and kind. He offered me the breakfast for example although it was not included. If I return to Mitilini, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. I recommend it!! It is close to the center, to the beaches/restaurants/bars/bakery/cafés, etc. It is located in a quiet street. The balcony was a plus for the sunny days!

We loved our host Konstantyn. He was very friendly and helpful and let us leave our luggage in the room until the ferry departure time. That was excellent. The room was clean, beds very comfy. Basic room but great location, nice balcony. We only slept there and most of day day we were out and about. Thanks so much for the stay we highly recommend it.
