Spacious, clean and tidy apartment. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast and evening meal. Area very different to the typical tourist parts and very quiet. Town has several shops, restaurants, bakery etc and lovely walks nearby.

The only personal negative is they have stopped serving fresh coffee at breakfast and now have a self service pump action dispenser serving yucky premade instant coffee. The shower cubicle was a bit small.

Small family run hotel. Pool side rooms Fab pool, with great bar and sunsets. Joannis makes the best Aperol Spritz Great breakfasts/ lunches and dinners served with lovely wine. All home made.

It's hard to pick anything. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is very nice and great for the price. Don't hesitate to book here.

We stayed for two nights as we were visiting Embonas for a wedding. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool is beautiful and has a bar next to it. Great for lounging! The room was nice, with decent air conditioning. And the price was good.

There is nothing negative to write :) The only sad thing is that we had to leave after a week.

What an amazing familiar hotel and beautiful surroundings there. We fell directly in love with that place. The Family was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and nice. The most amazing was the view over the mountains and the view of the sea at the horizon. It is a quiet and peaceful village. We would recommend the place to everybody. The hotel is amazing, the pool and the relaxing area in the back are wonderful with its view into nature. The village is very nice with wine-tasting shops, tourist shops, and some more restaurants. It is perfect for people who don't like the overcrowded tourist hotel areas. The good thing about the location is that you're almost in the middle of Rhodos and the way into south, north, west, and east is almost the same. You're really fast at any beach, tourist beach, lonely beach, Stoney beach, and sandy beach. It is still a secret place because in the evening it is so quiet and no touristic area with too many people. And still, you can go shopping during the day.

I cannot say much what I did not like or missed, just some minor things. It would be nice to have a safety deposit box in the room. I did not have a rental car, so it was a bit difficult for me to get around, as Taxis are not frequent in this area (and they usually drive in the direction of the airport only), and the Bus only comes once a day.

This is a lovely, family-run hotel which I can definitely recommend. The owners were always super helpful and they even drove my down to the castle near Kritinia. The hotel is super relaxing and charming, a lot of fruit trees and flowers, and the view is fantastic. I especially liked the smooth, a bit melancholic music during dinner. I enjoyed also the breakfast, which offered all that I expected.

We certainly hope to come back one day and then we select a room with a slightly wider bed.

The location is superb, the view is spectacular. The hotel is located at the end of the village, almost the last building. In this magnificent setting you enjoy a vast view with all kinds of trees, overlooked by the Ataviros mountains. The family, father, mother and son, manage the hotel in a smooth way: no swagger, no fuss. Each of the three just doing what they are good in. I liked the bread, the eggs, the yogurt, the cornflakes and the coffee at breakfast. I certainly enjoyed the quiet hours near the swinning pool. We took our supper there. Try the dry white wine of the moscato grape from the local CAIR winehouse. Many thanks to Giannis and his parents for taking care of their guests, without loosing their individuality.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, next to Ataviros mountain. Nice and quiet place next to the center of Embonas village. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good. Wineries where you can get to know local wines and winemaking within walking distance.

rooms could do with a bit of modernising fresh up. im petri massive and found bathroom and shower a bit small. but didn't tarnish the stay.

Room a little dated, especially paint on walls and the strange ceiling panels which are a bit industrial. No glasses in the room to drink water from.

Fabulous budget priced hotel, with excellent food, and a good buffet breakfast included. Swimming pool and pool area clean and tidy, enough sunbeds, and lovely for a cooling dip in the high temperature. Pool bar with excellent service, iced coffee in the morning through to lovely cocktails in the evening. Room extremely comfortable with a manageable sized bathroom Restaurant food very good and good value, with a large selection of wines available from three local vineyards. Room tidied every day with bins emptied and bed made

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location is amazing, we stayed here as we were evacuated due to the fires. It was so nice we are hoping to return. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The pool area and the views are amazing. Towels are provided for the pool. The shops and restaurants nearby were all very good value.

We didn’t book a studio but a double room which was my mistake!

Amazing location and brilliantly appointed hotel with a gorgeous pool with the most amazing mountain views. We loved staying here. There is also a restaurant onsite and the food is awesome. Dad grills / mum cooks. Lovely breakfast too. We loved the town and didn’t hire a car but just walked in the mountains. We really enjoyed the 4 nights we spent here and would return.
