The pool is included for 1 hr a day but the sauna/jacuzzi/steam room are all extra charges which I don't think is right if you are a guest at the hotel. The pool itself is nice but cold, it says heated pool but it didn't feel it. The shower area for the pool has a lot mould that should be addressed- I did not want my family to stand on the mouldy tiles.

The staff are so wonderful, kind and helpful. The location is excellent!! Walking distance from the main archaeological sites, in the heart of the buzzing restaurant/nightlife scene, wonderful street food + top end restaurants nearby. Walking distance to main local square, metro station and grocery stores. Ideal for kids or resting in the afternoon - even in April you felt the Greek heat! The room is spacious, modern and comfortable. Cleaned to a high standard everyday. The breakfast is adequate but average. The coffee is excellent though! My husband really enjoyed the massage treatment. I like that you can arrange the treatments yourself via the app. Kid friendly and the additional sofa bed is large and cozy.

The fan in the bathroom could not be switched off

Perfect place to stay. Clean well decorated. The breakfast on the Terrasse with acropolis view was exceptional. The staff was super nice and friendly !! Location absolutely top!

The pool is cute but the pool area needs a bit of attention.

Super location beside a busy area of restaurants and bars. Very close to Monastiraki. Within walking distance of the main ancient sites. Delicious breakfast in a perfect setting on the roof top.

We got a room on the ground floor that was the closest to the reception and to the street, so there was some noise

It's the second time I stayed at this hotel (first one was when it just had opened) and I can see the hotel aging. Specifically the indoor pool area is in need of a small renovation (still nice but nothing in comparison to my first visit) The woman at the front desk on Saturday night (24/02/24) was not helpful at all and border line rude. We had a request to extend our stay by one night and as the room we were already in was not available, we wanted to request to prioritize our change to the other room (not to wait from 11:00-15:00). If that request was not possible we would have changed hotels as it was not convenient for us to wait so many hours. Instead of her giving us solutions, we were the ones suggesting alternatives. But she just didn't care to book us the room for one more night. Luckily the hotel has other employees we who are fantastic! We called the next morning (other employees) and the problem was solved in a matter of seconds. Amazing 🤩

The only “issue” we had is the room position: ours was directly on the street and we had to keep darkening curtains closed since we didn’t want people passing by to look into the room. However the street is not very busy therefore that was a point on us, other people might be more comfortable.

The personnel was super kind and available to answer our questions. Just to make an example: we could not have the breakfast on the last day since we would have left the property too early and they prepared us a box with a “good morning” wish in greek on it to have us take it on the go. Very sweet of them.

Lack of TV stations but for a short break it was not important.

Right in the heart of the historic district, packed with bars and restaurants. Great to have the swimming pool and sauna which we could book for an hour a day for private use. Option for massage treatments at an additional cost. Modern bathroom with a powerful rainfall shower. Slippers provided in the room. Friendly, helful staff. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Good size of the room, amazibg bed and shower. Perfect breakfast. In the best place located nearby the metro and on Walking distance of the citycentre. 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Limited breakfast menu which had to be ordered on line before 1800 for the next day. Having said that the food we got was really nice and always very fresh and well presented. Door code could be sent earlier for late arrivals.

Staff, especially Christina in the breakfast room were really helpful and friendly. Johanna was also great. Hotel was in a great location and spotlessly clean.
