Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

South AfricaThe only issue was that my room was a bit noisy as I was right by the elevator, so I found I was woken up a few times by people moving up and down in the hall and doors slamming. And there was also a bit of street noise. But overall, it was still a great stay and good value for money. I would definitely stay here again and just request a room a little further away from the elevator.
Lovely hotel! Wonderful view of the city and the sunset. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was super comfortable! The check in process was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay.

A nice hotel very close to Larissa railway station. We had a late arrival and wanted something close by. It has 24 hour reception and felt very safe and welcoming. Room was quiet and comfortable.

United KingdomNo complaints about the hotel. The sidewalks in that area are very narrow if you have a suit case.
I stated there because it was very convenient to the train and metro station.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast menu is very small and contains less variety of items. They aren’t that many shops or restaurants close to the hotel area.
It’s located close to the city and it’s easy to find a parking spot close to the hotel since we had a rental car with us.

North MacedoniaThe room could've had more storage options, as well as hangers (which were provided upon our request). The neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night, but we didn't have any issues. It can get a little noisy if you leave the window open as the hotel is on a fairly busy street.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. The location was convenient near the Larissa Station metro, as well as tram station and kiosk store. We were provided a parking space right in front of the hotel entrance.

SingaporeThere is no kettle inside room to boil water. Location is not suitable for light sleeper as the hotel is near main road, you will hear cars/bikes driving pass throughout the night till morning.
Hotel location is near metro and train station. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

NetherlandsThe mattress was really hard and the bathroom is small.
The hotel is in walking distance to the metro station from where you reach within 5 stops Acropolis. The room is clean and the staff is helpful. If you reach by car, you can use the place in front of the hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel and went to the cafe place Sir Paul which is close by.

LithuaniaThe room had this “old” feeling and smell. There was a lot of mole on the bathroom ceiling, the water smelled horribly. There’s no “normal” light in the room, just a two tiny lamps next to the bed.
The property is next to the train and metro station, therefore you can reach the airport or city center very comfortably. The staff is very polite.

United StatesThey make you leave the key at the front desk when leaving for the day which is something I had not encountered before. Had no issues at all with anyone getting in the room so it was fine, just something I had not experienced before.
The price was great for what the room was, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Area was well lit at night and it was close to the subway.

IndonesiaThe breakfast was way too simple for hotel standards. I didn't enjoy it at all, and it was not worth the 7 euros price. The window in my room was not closed when I came in, so the noise from the street was pretty much clear as day (I only noticed the window when I checked out because there was a curtain).
Proximity to Larrisa Station and metro. The direct train to the airport runs hourly, costs 9 euros, and takes about 50 minutes—easy peasy even with a suitcase. Do not go down to the metro station to take the airport train; it's from the big Larrisa Station right beside the stairs down to the Larrisa Station Metro. The staff was accommodating and let me store my suitcase for a few days before checking in (for a fair price).

United KingdomThe bathroom was tiny, with a tiny shower cubicle.
This hotel is in a very good location especially if you are arriving in the dark. If arriving by plane the suburban train from the airport to Larissa train station is much faster than the metro. The hotel is close to Larissa train and metro stations so ideal for visiting all parts of Athens and the surrounding countryside by the suburban train. The reception staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable with very good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. There is a local taverna just a few minutes walk away that serves large portions of Greek food. I would stay there again.

IsraelBreakfast ends too early and barely contains anything. The water pressure in our shower was not sufficient. The guests wi if is not good enough for continues surfing. House keeping come oddly at 14:00, and didn’t always bring toilet paper or replaced the towels.
The location of the hotel is great if you want access to the metro. The room is relatively clean and the stuff is helpful.

GreeceBathroom ceiling —paint crackling and peeling on the ceiling. Clearly not adequate ventilation causing damage. Needs repair as rest of room is in good condition. Note: be aware these bathrooms are tiny. A small shower stall with a toilet extremely close to it and a wash basin stand almost immediately in front of toilet. You must be very careful stepping out of the shower, and at night, be careful not to run into the edge of the basin stand as you use the toilet. Very tight — not for anyone with mobility issues, or even large persons. We stayed here on two occasions and bathroom configuration was the same. (First room was a double bed room; second was a twin bed room.). Picture attached.
Convenient, comfortable sleep, met my need for late arrival back to Athens. Picture attached. Breakfast @ €7,50 per person, was okay. Not a big spread, but adequate. Very close to Athens Central Railway station—about a 5-minute walk down the street. Felt Safe—even when returning to Athens on an evening train. Picture attached. Yellow building, far left is the station.
