Area is not so good, But Athens in general is not as clean and nice as it used to be.

There are a couple of things that can be improved to get a real 5-star experience. The windows had no soundproofing, which was so bad that you could hear everything from outside. We got a connecting room so we could also hear the couple next door. Another thing was that the first day housekeeping came early in the morning; we hadn't even gone up for breakfast. Then again, the manager at breakfast kept asking us whether we were finished while we still had food on our plates. And it wasn't like other guests were waiting for a table; it was just unpolite. That said, all these things were done by staff that wasn't properly trained, but sometimes that's what affects the experience the most.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We had a warm welcome from the staff at reception. They gave us a welcome drink, explained everything, and even helped us with the parking, which was a big plus. The room had everything we needed; breakfast was varied and fresh. The location was also good because you could walk to the main attractions but also take the metro, which was a 5-minute' walk. All in all, I recommend it for a few nights in Athens.

Location is not terrible but a bit questionable (didn’t see anything extra dangerous in the neighbourhood, the street seemed pretty safe, no homeless guys)

Hospitable staff, free room upgrade was a super nice touch, agreed for a late check-out at 12:00, great breakfast, good prices in the rooftop bar in the same building, spacious room (executive double)

All the staff were very nice and helpful in every way, especially everyone at the reception and in the restaurant on the roof. The staff did everything post to help us ie: directions, recommendations and making reservations for restaurants/taxis.

Excellent hotel, room location, etc. But what was really amazing was the manager's personal attitude of Maria. She gave a warm and personal attitude, helped and solved everything I needed. Upon arrival at the hotel she surprised me with an excellent bottle of wine in the room. Thank you!

İf you stay few many days they are gonna give you 1 coffee and water for that days. You are not gonna have 1 water and coffee per a day.

İ especially would say that All staff acted smiley and helpfull. Tons of thx to them. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice location

Perfect new hotel, very comfortable bed and furnitures in the room ! Location is very close to the most of the historic places! The staff is professional and very friendly, specially the administrators Kostas , Aleks the manager Maria and the waiter Ludmila! The food is great the chef is professional and the breakfast is delicious ! We will visit the hotel again 😊
