Lift was a bit small, missing bedside tables, need more hangers for towels and bath robes, slight water leakage from shower

Only downside was the water temperature when showering in the morning - a fault in the system forced water to suddenly change from warm to cold when showering. Although, a minor gripe altogether.

The size of the room

Located at one of the posh parts of the city, the hotel was close to major attractions. The hotel has attentive and helpful staff, and, generous and tasty breakfasts. The room was clean and pleasant.

The warmest welcome we had in Athens, the staff is a real positive. This hotel has also a lot of charm given its medium size and modern design. The breakfast is outstanding and feeds you for the whole day. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay there.

For one night the hot water system failed - but it was swiftly repaired and the team at the hotel were great about keeping guests informed and supported.

A wonderful combination: attentive staff (Sotiria and her team need to be congratulated), excellent room facilities, refreshing breakfast and quiet/classy location nestled close to some of the finest independent jewellery, fashion and eating establishments. Six minutes walk to the heart of Athens yet so far from any noise, traffic or crowds. Walk to Benaki Museum and other cultural sites.

No white curtains , so you have to shut the night curtains in order bot to be seen from the building across the road.

Special design and very comfortable. Excellent staff, welcoming and helpful. The best location !!! 2 minutes from Kolonaki Square The minute you get to the street you feel the Athens atmosphere !! Surprising room arrangement ! not just conventional box room. Breakfast is excellent, and the choices are exactly what you expect from a boutique hotel

Think of the hotel as being in the narrow streets of Nisantasi, Istanbul, in a very elite neighbourhood, in a very central and beautiful place in an area with luxury restaurants and famous brands. The rooms were really well furnished and spotlessly clean. But none of this was as good as the incredibly lovely, positive, helpful lady who served breakfast. She was such a sweet lady that I am so sorry I didn't learn her name. I would like to thank her for her Greek hospitality. I didn't know whether to tell you about her smiling face or the way she prepared coffee cake toast fruit etc in a box for us because we couldn't make it to breakfast on the last day. It is women's day and I sincerely congratulate her labourer women's day. Whenever we come to Athens, our place is certain.
