Great location, great staff, all was excellent. I felt very safe in the Omonia neighborhood. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and easy safe walk to all attractions. Highly recommended.

bathroom could be modernized, impossible to take shower without flooding a little more attention to bathroom cleanliness (hair on floor)

great location on pedestrian street in lively bengali neighborhood. we felt very safe, even coming home late at night. 5 minutes from Omoina station and 10 min to central market and Monastiriki area. very friendly staff, breakfast buffet ample and varied, fridge in room - nice amenity towels changed daily (although not necessary) nice balcony, where you can sit and relax or have a pic nic lunch to escape to street bustle

The hotel accepts student groups time to time, and their manners are not always good enough, such as at buffet breakfast, or at elevators. These mischievous manners made me irritated a lot…

I stayed here in 2023 for holiday. Then I kind of liked it because of a spacious room with reasonable price, the convenient location, and the helpful staff. This time, my flight to Tel Aviv has been suddenly cancelled, so I had to stay for 4days for my next flight. But this hotel made my stay in Athens comfortable enough.

The main bed was great the other bed was not. Otherwise the location and space was fantastic.

My son forgot important papers after checking out, returned from the airport and they were able to reopen the room for him very early in the morning

The facilities were a bit worn and needed some renovation.

The public transport from this location was very easy with metro and bus. Reasonable buffet breakfast with enough varieties. Room size was also good.

Very noisy - internally, really poor soundproofing. People talking, door slamming, toilets flushing, water running etc. Kept me awake all night, for all the stay. Very hard mattress. Only a bedsheet and then blankets - I doubt they are cleaned after each guest, so not very hygienic and quite cold and uncomfortable. The area around is very run down (but that’s the case in many areas of Athens). „View” from my window - a derelict building (photo attached).

The room was clean. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast varied and with good choice (for the category, yet still every day something different and many options). Close to Omonoia station.
