The room's audio isolation is awful. We had a room facing the street and we could hear almost everything. In all fairness, we were warned about this, so it was not really a surprise. The fact that locals choose to modify the exhaust of their scooters doesn't help either. Rooms facing the other side of the hotel did not have this issue.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the receptionist always told me to smile more. The breakfast was very good, you have to go out of the main building and eat next door, but it's very tasty. As a bonus, you get the terrace at the last floor where you could have a glass of wine while looking at the Acropolis

Excellent location. Walked everywhere and metro station was very short walk from the hotel if needed. The staff were lovely and really helpful and the room was really clean. Best part was the rooftop area with view of the acropolis.

The property was great, but probably not the most comfortable option if you have a car. The parking lot they recommended was many blocks away.

The view from the terrace was insane. Plus, it’s a great location and the rooms are very spacious.

The location of Athens 21 was absolutely perfect! In the heart of everything Athens. The staff, Theodore and Spiros, were very welcoming and so helpful. The spacious room - the air conditioning worked perfectly - along with the nice sized bathroom. And the roof top! Oh, my goodness - my husband and I sat out there each night in the evening and enjoyed the view. We had it all to ourselves. The breakfast next door was included in the price, and my goodness - it was hearty! I can't rate this hotel highly enough for value and quality.

It’s not something that bothered us at all but just to make other people aware that the hotel is on a busy road and you can hear traffic and people into the early hours but it honestly didn’t affect our sleep.

We absolutely loved this hotel, firstly to mention the staff who were so welcoming and accommodating. We travelled for my Partners birthday and they set up a lovely happy birthday sign with balloons and some wine for him. The location was perfect! A few minutes walk from moastiraki, it was easy to find and a great base to do our sight seeing. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and you had a choice of 3 different breakfast served with filter coffee. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The roof top terrace is a fantastic addition and has a glorious view of the acropolis! We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be returning.

Only that it was on a very busy street and yet the room was quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly staff, helpful with arranging transfer to port, answering questions and acclimated us to the hotel and surrounding area. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop patio was a relaxing oasis with good views of the city and Acropolis. The hotel is a great location, walking distance to most of the historic sites.

The breakfast is a Caffè_restaurant right near the hotel with 3 options: continental, sweet or Greek, coffee or tea, 1 orange juice and still water (sparkling is extra pay) . The service at the restaurant is very friendly. However, I would advise not to choose breakfast included and keep your options opened for other restaurants, as is affordable. Coffee is filtered and very good

The location of the hotel is great: near everything. The rooms are large and clean, I choose a room without a view and it was quiet, as it did not face the street. The bathroom is big, the room has everything needed. There is a teracce on top of the hotel for a nice city view. The service was very friendly, I choose pick.up taxi from hotel (63 euro) and I had late night self check it (very easy). The bed was very very conformable.
