We liked everything here - no complaints!

This property is well located - close to Monastyraki Square, railway station, Plaka, the HOHO bus stop and has lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. The Acropolis is about a 25 minute walk from here. The staff were fantastic and it was easy to check-in after hours when our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the whole place was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The foyer always smelt great when entering the hotel.

Location is 10/10 , right in the heart of Athens . Staff were excellent - very helpful and they brought us a surprise food plate / bottle of wine on our last day!

Honestly can't think of anything. North Americans may find the rooms small but I was on a higher floor and perfect for solo or couple. actually larger by European standards. I would have preferred closed storage for clothing but for 3-4 days it is fine.

Perfect location walking distance to everything and super helpful staff. Very clean and did I mention the staff are AMAZING!!

An overhead shower in the room would have been useful but no big deal as jacuzzi bath was fantastic. Not great choice at breakfast but nice enough.

Outstanding little hotel, room with jacuzzi tub and balcony was exceptional and very quiet despite central location. Staff very helpful and friendly and would recommend to anyone heading to Athens.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff with great breakfast. Great location if you like to walk around and explore the city and sights, close to cafes, bars, restaurants. Close to metro with easy access to airport and port. We also had lovely surprise treats in our room!

Street noise and church bells. Also no door to the sink is noisy at night.

If the breakfast can have more variety. The toilet flooring is a bit slippery due to the type of flooring/ tiles used. Probably have to be a bit careful esp for old people. Otherwise everytg else was great

Everytg. All the female staffs there were friendly n helpfull. They suggested good places to see n were always patience everytime the kids finish breakfast late. The hotel staff including the house keeping went extra mile by providing games n also a small tent with lots of balls for the kids in the room. For the baby they provided a baby cot n small pillow which is suitable for the baby. They provided juice for the kids, donuts and also small tidbits in the room. Room were cleaned daily. It was good stay for family( 5 of us; 2 adults n 3 childrens aged 6 months, 9 and 12 yrs)

The elevator (I would rate the hotel 10 otherwise) : I realize not much can be done about it's size, but management should consider updating & modernising the controls & cabin... too many issues, especially considering the front desk is not staffed after 22:00 to solve any problems. The hotel's front door (card operated) lock could also be improved.

Great location, good value, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. No noise issues on our room (5th floor) with well isolated windows. Cute balcony.

Glass door for bathroom and toilet, bad sound isolation, so we could hear everything in the hallway and people would usually wake us up when passing by.

The hotel was excellent. Our room was big enough for 3 adult . It was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The breakfast was delicous. The location is perfect , walking distance to any popular locations. Staff were very helpfull.

Room needs a table and a luggage storage. poor hangers. half the air outlets weren't working in the jacuzzi but i did not mention to staff (and bath salts could be available for purchase in room). since no independent shower is available, a head shower would be convenient to wash long hair. could hear noise from housekeepers - not their fault (insulation? door?).

This is purely down to personal preference—and I know this is very common in boutique hotels—but I wasn’t fond of the glass door to the toilet. Aside from offering no privacy, if anyone gets up during the night to use it they’ll be disturbing anyone else in the room due to the light and noises from the toilet and sink. We didn’t have any issues with noise from the street, but from inside the hotel. The rooms are soundproof but the doors are not, so you can hear a lot of noise (kids screaming, for instance) that travels through the hallway. We were also disturbed by the elevator door slamming and people outside our room. We would definitely stay again if these two issues were rectified!

The location of this hotel really couldn’t be any better. It’s on a quiet street but still only a minute away from everything. Considering it’s a 3-star accommodation, the rooms are finished to a really high standard, are spacious enough, comfortable, and very clean. You are given little treats from house keeping, water and nespresso capsules. The whole hotel smells great, including the rooms; there is no bad smell in the bathroom as is often the case in Athens. The breakfast is really good too; simple but high quality consisting of breads, cheeses, ham, eggs, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, nuts, spreads and sweets. The staff were also really nice, we were even given a little holiday gift as we stayed over New Year. The whole service is reminiscent of a 5-star hotel, much nicer than any 4-star hotel I’ve stayed in.

The hotel is very cute, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was pretty varied with hard boiled eggs, fruit salad, tomatoes and plenty more. We came for new year, and the decorations were great. They did a small new year celebration which was fantastic

Not to much space for hanging clothes,towels,but for short travel it is an excellent choise! Reccomend well, and be back for sure next time

Depending on the location in the building, some rooms can be noisy at night. Others are quiet. The elevator is incredibly small.

Excellent location in the heart of Plaka district. Modern, minimalist rooms. Some rooms have oversized balconies. Simple, wholesome breakfasts. Inexpensive.
