Everything was great. The only part that was a little annoying was that there was nowhere to store our luggage. We had to walk a few minutes and store them in another hotel for a fee If there was luggage storage inside the hotel it would have been a solid 10 especially for the price.

The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean it even passed the dust test above the closet. There was even a cute deck on the rooftop with views of the acropolis. Everything was great especially the price. I expected less and was pleasantly surprised.

I needed a night's stay as I had a late flight and was meeting my friends early in the day the other day. The room was cool, spacious, clean. Monastraki is a vivid neighbourhood with tons of bars and restaurants, people were still hanging out on the streets when I walked to the hotel late at night which made me feel safer even. It's pretty close to the Monastraki metro station, I'd say 5-7 minutes with no hills - so it was easy to navigate the streets with my suitcase. I would think of staying here again next time.

There was not hot water when I came back at night so I can use the shower. It was kind of noisy in the early morning (5am) as many people were departing for the airport or port but this is not a false of the property or the staff there. Just mentioning it.

The property was in the city center of Athens and it was very convenient to move around.

The shower area is a bit small. It is fine for one or two nights, but for a longer stay it would feel uncomfortable. The building can be noisy. When I left my room I had to slam my door for it to close and lock. There was no other option, and I heard a couple of rooms with the same issue. There is also street noise depending on your room. Earplugs are essential. My room also got muggy when I was out. There were no vents in it to circulate air, and the electricity is triggered by the key card, so when you leave the ac shuts off which is fair, but then the air gets stale and muggy. My room had a balcony and the bathroom had a small window, so I used them to circulate the air. No problem for a couple of nights. A kettle would be nice. My room had space for a kettle, and an extra area for clothing and such would be nice. I made due. Two people in my room would be uncomfortable because it is not designed as such. It could be but it isn’t. Finally, this place is for someone that wants to save money and does not require service. It is a self guided experience and best suited for an independent traveller.

The location was good. It is close to the metro and in an upbeat neighborhood. The short stretch of street that the place is on seems a bit sketchy, but if you take a right out the building and walk for 1-2 minutes the atmosphere shifts. The room I got had a balcony and the size was decent. I didn’t use the balcony, but having a well lit room was nice.

1) I was lucky to get a room to have an actual window. İ notices plenty of rooms had windows opening to the corridors only. 2) there is a high potential of noise. Sound insulation is poor.

Parking is difficult in this area. We were travelling by car and understood from the description that a parking space could be reserved ahead of time for a low price (10 EUR). However, since we were visiting during Carnaval, by the time we arrived the parking was all full and we ended up driving in circles until we found a garage that charged us 25 Euros/night. If we had known this would be the case we might have chosen an apartment slightly outside the city centre. The room was a decent size, but it would have been nice to have more places to hang coats, bags, etc.

The room was very centrally located – a 2-minute walk from a lively area with lots of restaurants and bars and just 20 minutes away from the main historic sites. Check in and check out were very easy and the bed was super comfortable.

The window in our room was small so there was not a lot of natural light and also the humidity from the bathroom after showering kind of remained in the room.

The street that the apartment is located on is a quiet narrow street where I felt I had to take extra care of my surroundings when walking at night. But after a few hundred metres you reach a good location with good restaurants. The apartment had good security doors put in place so I felt safe inside.

I was skeptical about the hotel being fully automatic. Since if something goes wrong, there is no staff around. But someone from the hotel met me to help me with parking in my arrival. Also, when I called for something else, the staff showed up within 15 minutes. My room had a window facing the main street. Big bed, good space in the room and bathroom. There is a safe in the room and all seemed clean. There is a private parking place right outside of the hotel. Being in the city center, you don't find it so easily. It costs 10€pr day. The hotel is pet friendly. That is also 10€ for the pet (i think it was the total cost, not for each day). Excellent location. In 2 minutes, you are in the heart of Psirri, and in 5 minutes, you are at the Monastraki metro station. it was the best choice by the time i booked the hotel. I definitely recommend it.

Needs a way for the mattress to stay on the base without sliding off. Needs a fitted bottom sheet. Needs a little bit more furniture, like wall hooks and another table or counter. I found the price a little too high, but this seems to be the general trend over the last few years in Athens.

The beds are extremely comfortable, however, there are 2 small issues - the mattress sides one the base very easily, and you need to keep pushing it back into place, and also the bottom sheet isn't fitted, making it necessary to keep tucking it under the mattress to avoid sleeping directly on the mattress. Other than that, the room was excellent - great concept, extremely clean and well maintained. It could use a little bit more furniture, like some wall hooks, and another table or counter. Otherwise perfect!

The pillows were too firm for my liking, but it varies for everyone. If you like softer pillows it is going to be too firm for you. The bars around the hotel are incredibly noisy during the night which made it impossible for me to fall asleep even with the earplugs that they provide.

Location was amazing!! Didn’t have to use any public transportation. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. The hotel has a rooftop with excellent view to the Acropolis.

Clean and comfortable hotel just a quick walk from the Monastiraki Square/Train station. Dimitrios from staffing contacted us quickly to make finding/checking in smooth. He also went above and beyond by offering us a walking tour of Athens to tell us some history of the city/Greece in general. He also helped us with recommendations for our next stops in Greece.
