Loved everything, only one this would have been nice for aircon to be on all the time for summer as when key is removed the electric is cut off.

We had a lovely few nights here. The room was clean and tidy and had essentials needed such as cooking pots, clothes outside drier and toiletries. Yannis was a super host and always greeted us with a smile, he gave us lots of local recommendations to eat, drink and sightsee. Slight walk to the beach 5/10 mins and about 30 min walk to ferry port. Daily house keeping was nice as we didn't expect it which was lovely to come back to a made bed!

Fridge was rather noisy coming on and off every 30 min or so in the night. Host was nice enough but communication could have been better. Property advertises shuttle service but when I asked it wasn’t provided. This seems to be the trend for most places. Otherwise I recommend the property.

It was welcoming. Decor was Boho beach style and was lovely. Pretty garden area for sitting, reading and eating even though I did none of that. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony but not much of a view (car park) close enough to walk to beach & restaurants.

The host was friendly and attentive. I actually forgot an item on leaving and was vey pleasantly surprised when it arrived at the ferry port in time for my departure. The host is a star. The room was clean, tidy and big enough for our needs. would certainly recommend to others.

Ioannis is a great host. As soon as you arrive he gives you good advices about restaurants and beaches to enjoy the island at the best. Always available for any request, kind person. Room was cleaned and tidied up almost daily. You cannot go wrong with Athina Rooms.

It was quite far from the port and walking there with luggage was a bit of a pain - the rest of my accommodations across Greece offered a complimentary transfer which was a nice touch. Not complaining though, my stay was still amazing:))

The staff were really courteous with amazing tips for what to do on the island. I really liked the service:)) The room was enough for a solo traveler, it wasn't too huge but had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had enough space for me - I loved the place and my stay here.

I really don't know where to start from!! I don't know if I have to detail everything but I will definitely say whatever happened with no exaggeration. 1/ location isn't that far from the port but you have to walk for like 15-20mins as it's on top (so you have to walk towards up which is definitely a hassle for solo travelers with bags). The area there is quiet however at night it's quite dark to walk between those streets. It was scary at night however nothing bad has happened with me during 4 nights. 2/ staff. The cleaning lady is the one who welcomed me so I asked her to check in, she said she doesn't speak English and she called Giannis as he's in charge. He told me on the phone to wait for 1 hour for him to be tjere so I can check in :)). The lady gave me the room key so I can at least keep my stuff, I obviously waited for him and when he came to the hotel he briefed me about everything and as a last word he said : you know in Greece we don't throw toilet paper inside the toilet bowl so please don't do that. I was like 😂😂😂they could have kept this msg in each toilet instead of welcoming guests this way!! I asked him if I rent a car can I park in front of the hotel (as the street is a little tiny) so he said helplessly 'you park anywhere' without mentioning that there is a huge parking in the next street, which I found out 2 days after. Room's cleanliness was okay but the blanket had a bad smell and one of the cushions had a small blood stain, although I didn't say anything but at night I went downstairs to ask for another blanket and ofc there was no one at the reception so I had to press the bell and ofc no one answered. After like 10mins standing there not knowing what to do, an old lady (I assume it's Giannis' mom) came and gave me a blanket as I told her that I texted him and he didn't reply yet. And here you can find what he replied to me, in a very unprofessional and rude way.

The room itself is cute and it has a balcony.

The room is large, has a nice balcony but I couldn't forget to mention two problems - although there are cutlery and dishes available for meals, there is no sink and not even detergent and sponge to wash them. Also, the fridge had an intermittent noise that disturbed my sleep.

The apartment is located a little bit far from the center of Paros, but in a quiet area.
