There was a bad smell in the room. It got better when we left the doors open. Wasn't horrible, but you don't expect that from a five star hotel. We complained about it, but the hotel was fully booked, and by the time they offered something, (a few days after we arrived) they didn't have a room close to our friends, and the swim up pools in the rooms was part of the point... If you like Asian food, don't go to the Asian restaurant... There are many pools, but only two are heated up, in May most of the pools are quite cold.

All in all, it's a great hotel. We were two couples with two 3 years old, and they had plenty of activities. A couple of playgrounds, two different pools they can stand on. Small slides in the water parks. The food was good, it's an all inclusive so as far as those go it was above average:) The Greek restaurant is recommended. The pool in the room was great. The drinks that came with the all inclusive were great too. There's a really nice beach, really beautiful. The facilities in general, are really great and we had a great week.

The pools were freezing. My family doesn't want to come back just because of that. if the pools has a nice temperature we would come back for sure. the reservation to the restaurants are too difficult.

Outstanding! Room was clean, every day housekeeper did it amazing! Pool view room gave us more wonderful time! We were on honeymoon, they mentioned that and surprised us with wine, cakes and sparkling wine couple times. Restaurants stuff, receptionist and bartenders were e nice and polite! Great choices of food and drinks! We will definitely come back! ❤️

It is a very good hotel, especially in summer time. We visited in late April when water is quite cold. We hoped for warm pool, which was mentioned in the booking description, but there was none.

There is a whole Waterpark! Special zones for children, playground and activities. Including evening show.

I think most disappointing after being in many all-inclusive hotels in Rhodes and Crete is - the food level. It was ok but for 3 star hotel. So if you like also good food in vacation it's not the place for you. There was also Sewerage smell here and there depending on wind.

Aquapark was great , rooms also fine , a lot of gardening well preserved , animation is more or less ok compared to other similar places , lobby staff helped in reasonable manner.

Few suggestions for improvements in kids corner in the main restaurant. The air conditioner from the corner is blowing very cold air directly on the kids tables. The plastic plates in the kids cupboard always are very dirty.

The best hotel for kids we have visited so far. Perfect location, lot to do for kids. Great animation team, every evening mini disco followed by quality performances. Pools for every choice: warm, cold, deep, shallow. Perfect holidays!

At the dining room was hot and didn’t have air conditioning And when u go out at evening there were dark and no lights I also think that pools are closed too early And little snacks (such as pretzel,popcorn,peanut) at the bar at nights will add to the experience

We had friends visit for an hour and they were very difficult about it. They pushed us to take taxis instead of explaining the bus system. We didn’t love the surrounding town
