Bed wasn’t great. A little uncomfortable but I’m used to a very big bed at home so a single wasn’t very comfy for me.

Room was lovely, very clean and 2 steps away from the back door to a swimming pool was really nice.

Not much i can pick this time - the reception staff were quite rude and abrupt the last time, but this time around they were different, very helpful and pleasant. I am pleased to see an improvement. One drawback was there was an infestation of ants in the room, especially coming from the shower. The other drawback, was We were not all inclusive, and the quality of the soft drinks was low (poor soda stream quality) considering we were paying 3 euro for each one, I would expect a higher standard here. But these are small things considering the great experience we had. I will definitely be back

The location is exceptional, if you are looking to disconnect and recharge. The facilities in the hotel are brilliant so you don’t need to leave, unless you want to explore. I also stayed here in July this year and there was a massive improvement in the quality of service and standards were much higher this time, I’m not sure if this was because it was quieter - it didn’t look it. Regardless, it made a massive difference to the overall experience.

Both breakfast and dinner included a lot of dishes but poor quality: I did not like the food at all. Do not recommend to take half-board especially if you have a car. Very crowded hotel with large groups...

the location was great, the beach closed to the hotel was great and quiet and on the right side of the sea: very important in KOS.

We were not guided at all when we arrived : the complex is huge and some info on the restaurants available, openning time, were to find beach towels etc should have been provided We add to find everything from ourself which is not a big deal but can be improved All inclusive: not sure all incluse people are treated the same versus half board people when it comes to drinks Spa: very much overpriced - more expensive than in paris which is incredible for the region

the gym didn’t open until 10am The drinks were poor , the same in all bars and catered for all inclusive - a bit cheap , even the stunning lobby bar just delivered basic drinks - I would have preferred to pay more for a better standard . paid for sea view but some views much better than others

The hotel is quite far from the port. If you are coming with a ferry to the main port there is a long commute to get to the resort. There is no pick up service from the port and it's really hard to find a taxi. We had to wait for almost 40 minutes to get a taxi. Although this is not hotel's fault I think they can organise a pick up service. When we finally got to the hotel by taxi there was no one In front of the gate. We had to carry our luggage inside. Check in experience was terrible. Despite providing all details beforehand, we had to wait for almost 10-15 mins to complete the check in. Drink service while we were waiting was a good touch. Staff at the snack bar next to the beach is almost rude and arrogant. This might have been an exception but overall I think staff is not customer focused. The room was not serviced properly. We ran out of shampoo on the 3rd day and it was never replenished. I think this is a good hotel and I would really like to come here again. Hopefully they can improve on some of these inputs.

Firstly, the beach and sea are amazing. If that's what you are looking for, you will like this place. The beach is clean and the facilities are good. The water is extremely clean and cold. I like this a lot but I know this is not for everyone. Another thing that we liked was food. It's an all inclusive concept but food is prepared as if this is a boutique hotel. There is a good variety of foods except for vegans/vegetarians and food is replenished frequently. The bar at the reception is good and service is OK there. Evening shows can be entertaining at times.

Arrived late. Check-in was quick with complimentary drink . Since we missed dinner, a pleasant surprise awaited us - a bottle of excellent local wine, sandwiches and apples. The room is spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. Choice of food to suit any taste. Sunbeds on the beach are free and always available. The staff is very friendly. A wonderful hotel for relaxation. We will definitely come again
