the location, it’s about an hour from rhods city. because of that I would have liked it to be more activities at the evening

the hotel has a lot to offer it is big and luxurious, very clean and the staff and thoughtful and nice there are many poles, bars and a beach. the food is good

our vacation was amazing. it’s starts with the great staff all over the hotel, who are super nice and helpful. the rooms are great and comfortable with the swimming pools all over, the huge waterpark, playground and other facilities. the food was great in the main dining room and the different restaurants. the food in the snacks bar can be improved a bit. all in all we had a 10/10 vacation and this place is highly recommended!

Really nothing to complain.

An absolutely fantastic place. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They made our celebration of birthday unforgettable. Rooms are large and comfortable, we had a pool direct from the room which is a godsend. The beach has little stones but the water is very clear. The food was very delicious with many variations. Well worth the money.

Temperature of swimming pools- we stayed during September and in some days it was impossible to get in, , the water was very cold but I saw in reviews of other hotels that this is a common problem,. At the spa however there is an indoor heated swimming pool open to everyone. I would recommend the hotel to consider warming at least the outdoor babies pool. The hotel is one hour drive from the airport and center, but you will not want to leave the hotel :-) Additional "stay and play" sessions at the kids club.

Excellent hotel and highly recommended for families! The staff is professional, kind and always happy to assist, the reception and guest relation staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food is excellent with a wide variety, if you book all inclusive you're able to choose to dine at the main dining room or in one of the many restaurants the hotel has to offer (the food at the main dining room however is the best, you even have low buffet with food and plates especially for kids). The facilities are great with many activities during the day both for adults and kids; yoga, aqua balance board, darts, archery, movie night, dj sessions, workouts and more! The team of the kids club is amazing and they also provide supervised sessions with special activities for the kids. You also have a water park with swimming pool for babies. At the hotel you can find everything you need: convenient store, car rental desk, and day tours desk. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, don't miss it. We will definitely return, thank you!

It was amazing experience!! The room was upgraded and we had two family rooms swim up with pool view. The room was perfect with kids and pool was beautiful. The service, restaurants, staffs, activities were great! Everything was perfect!

Wonderful holidays! Beautiful, clean and modern hotel with very nice facilities. Room was spacious and comfortable (we loved the bean bags on the terrasse). Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is great for families: our child really enjoyed the splash park and water slides, pools, kids club (staff is great and the playroom is beautiful), beach and entertainment in the evening. Food is varied, fresh and well presented. Ruins on site are interesting and unique. We also loved the fitness activities. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

If I had to pick on anything it might be a slight improvement on a schedule or variation for the entertainment in the evenings.

Everything. Treated like royalty.. Staff have been trained exceptionally well. They are the most helpful and friendly staff I've ever came across. George at reception was amazing and such a helpful man, the bar staff at the beach bar and the paino bar were great as well.. The little details. The welcoming drinks, the golf buggy trip to your room, the make up my room buttons, the options on the TV to report problems. I love all the small details that have had a lot of thought put into them and they really improve the overall experience. Very helpful with the gluten free options, got fresh pancakes made for me every morning, the restaurant/ Allergy manger was very helpful and professional and explained everything very well. Lastly the decor was so clean and modern and everything I would expect from a 5* hotel.

Cocktails are not good they need to send their staff for a course how to make cocktails asap. Service is good but the staff doesnt speak english fluently and if they dont understand what u say they dont bother to ask again... The water in the pools are cold. Food is mediocore+ but theres alot of varaiety. Overall really great hotel! We enjoyed the vacation even with all those cons.

The hotel looks exactly like in the pictures, very clean and beatiful. Perfect hotel for ppl who just want to chill and lay in the sun!

The only thing that wasn't on par with the hotel's facilities and service was the food. The variety was great but sadly it wasn't tasty. All food at the snack bars was precooked and not fresh, so you shouldn't have high hopes there too.

All of the hotel facilities were amazing, the room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and kind. The kids really loved the musical shows.

It was perfect. Please note the hotel is 1 hour away from airport - but worth the travel. Located on the better side of the island in terms of air, climate and beach (pebbles). Amazing hotel.

The best vacation experience. Family vacation with small children. Very clean hotel, staff super responsive and friendly Amazing new fascilities, great food, free quality alcohol, professional entertainment. Amazing beach, bars, kids club, water park, water sports. Though fully booked, not felt crowded at all.

From the facilities, to staff & service, to food, to comfort, to spa, to daily programs, Atlantica Dreams Resort exceeded my family's expectations. I can't even begin to explain how perfect everything was in every way and how accommodating everyone was to ensure all members of our family had the best time. For water lovers: the beach is beautiful and peaceful! There are rocks closer to the water and sand further up closer to the resort for the little ones to play in. The resort has an abundance of pools and lounge chairs so you don't have to stress about being the first one to arrive to claim a chair. The splash park was perfect for our kids (2 yr old and 3 yr old) with a variety of options for babies to adults (baby pool, splash pad and splash park water slides). The kids club and baby creche were beautiful and the staff did an amazing job caring for our kids. Everyday had a different theme so the kids always had something new to look forward to and tons of activities to immerse themselves in. The kids evening entertainment was also lots of fun and engaging for our kids. For spa lovers- Aegeo Spa is a must so check it out. The facility is modern & beautiful, the staff is lovely and I had a GREAT massage and facial by Gina. Regarding accommodation- we had a family room with pool view. The size was pleasantly big and comfortable (we even added a baby cot), beds were super comfortable and cleaning services came by everyday (even on request if they had come by earlier and we missed them because our DND sign was on). The bedroom balconies are large, comfortable and safe for little ones. Thank you to everyone at Atlantica Dreams Resort but special shout out to Michelle (guest relations), George & Aggelos (Front desk check-in), Maria (Piano lounge bar), and Guri (Mesogios main restaurant) for making our vacation so easy, so relaxing, so delicious and so beautiful. We'll be back :)

Nothing, it was exceptional!

Upon arrival the reception staff and manager were so kind and friendly and immediately made us feel welcomed. We had previously stayed at another hotel and had a extremely poor experience there, so were almost tearful at how friendly everyone was to us when we arrived. We had complimentary prosecco brought over to us when checking in, a room upgrade to a swim-up pool room and a warm welcome from everyone. The check-in process was easy and the porter took our luggage so that we could have lunch whilst our room was being prepared. We felt pampered from start to end. This is more than a 5 star hotel, the attentiveness of the restaurant staff was impeccable and we could not have felt happier here. We had a bottle of prosecco, a bowl of fresh fruit and macaroons in our room which made us feel extra special! The food in the main restaurant was excellent and having a gluten allergy, the labelled ingredients for each dish made it easy to eat and still choose a wide selection of dishes. There was even gluten free bread! We wish we had had more time to spend at this hotel as it truly was an amazing experience, we can't thank Antonis and all of his staff enough for making the end of our holiday unforgettable. Thank you!

Accommodation, gastro, staff, facilities and service was on a very high and professional level. Location of the resort was on a quiet and calm place, with a private beach. The rooms were spacious and clean with electronically operated lights, blinds etc.

The food was ok, not in par with all other aspects of the resort

The rooms are beautiful, all of the hotel facilities are of the highest quality. There's plenty of space and you can find a quiet spot for yourself easily. It's a great place for a vacation with kids! The staff was AMAZING, so accommodating, pleasant and nice.
