Netherlands- As I mentioned also to guest relations, the gym really needs improvement. There are no towels, and no equipment sanitizers, only hand sanitizer. Plus water leaking on the ground. There is a sign outside that you shouldn’t use the gym when sick, well in the current state the gym is the actual biohazard :) - quality of the alcohol is not up to my standards. Would pay extra for branded products such as mythos beer, premium wine and branded spirits. Some of the food products (ice cream for instance) could also do with an upgrade to 5-star - there are a lot of English guests as this is a First Choice hotel. Difficult for my 2 year old daughter to make friends with the UK kids somehow although she is easy going and speaks some English, doesn’t happen normally. However don’t let this put you off, because this hotel is really deserving of a more international population
- When we booked this hotel, I requested a room in a quiet area. Upon arrival we found out we were upgraded to the deluxe area which you cannot book through booking. Deluxe area (with seperate pool, breakfast area and a la carte dining) is really worth the extra in my view - hotel booked us into the different a la carte restaurants prior to arrival which saved us a lot of hassle. The Japanese restaurant Paaru particularly was very good - friendly staff, sweet for our daughter as everywhere in Greece, specifically at the deluxe reception, guest relations, the lifeguard at the deluxe area and at the restaurants. - plenty of entertainment for kids at primary school age - I was asked to provide some feedback on our stay and must say I was really impressed by the responsiveness of the hotel staff on our feedback. I had a good conversation with guest relations where I felt I was listened to and my feedback was taken seriously

Excellent selection and nicely presented. Very tasty and staff particularly helpful and on top of everything. Lazy river and slides were great. All staff were attentive and easy to talk to. Food across all restaurants was amazing. Buffet selection was excellent and sit down meals were great too. Drinks and entertainment was good for adults and kids. Football pitch and timed lighting was a highlight and our boys loved it. A great holiday - thank you to all staff at the hotel.

IsraelFood was subpar. Variety, taste and freshness were pretty bad. Coffee was an abomination. Olive restaurant is horrible - no real air conditioning so you sweat. Food is atrocious. Cosmopolitan restaurant is better because it’s far less crowded, air conditioned, and includes an awesome staff. Food is also seemingly better, with less variety. Still not good. Vegans/vegetarians eaters will not enjoy their time here so much. Not a lot of variety. Restaurants (we dined at 3 out of 4) were much better, yet a copy & paste of ingredients found in the hotel, so you can’t really improve the quality by much. Rooms weren’t clean - rarely being cleaned, and also when they are it was done with very little care. I saw the maid using a bucket of dark grey water… and when I said something she just used fresh water. No soap. Why? Room stank.
Exceptional facilities - pools, slides, and more are superb. Kids had so much fun! Staff is incredible - friendly, caring, and always smiling. Room was very nice, yet not on the roomy side.

United KingdomWould have been nice to have some adult evening activity (something like live music or DJ or even pub-quiz) after the kids ones are done (e.g. in the "Irish pub") during the week. Would have been nice to be able to have some small late-nigh snack option.
Had a pool facing room w balcony which was spacious and comfortable, with lots of room for all our stuff. Food was very good - on the high end for an all inclusive place (but maybe on the low end for a 5 star) and the different options for dinner restaurant created a nice atmosphere for dinners. The staff everywhere around the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Great pools and kids activities. Nice to have things spread out in different locations. Nice beach nearby too.

United KingdomThe entertainment was bad only one night out of 8 I thought was good. (Sunday 13th August.) The activities around the pool are hard to see the way everything is designed I would put the stage above the American grill restaurant maybe and cut the hight of the trees and plants so more people can see what’s actually going on from their sun lounges. Only a few people can see the stage at the activity pool. I thought it was an odd setup.
Amazing hotel, pools were great. Food was very good, staff were extremely efficient. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was good quality. The rooms were nice and quiet. They even had a doorbell so people didn’t need to knock.

HungaryThis hotel was amazing with children. Waterpark is excellent, even adults could feels like children again. There were a lot of kind of meals, cocktails, snacks and dinners in different restaurants parts of the all inclusive, everybody find something to eat, even my kids. There is so many pools and activity, that you unable to try everything during one stay. The staff is really nice, kindly help with any requests. We had a wonderful holiday.

Rooms are with a lot of space, cleaned really often. Stuff is friendly and helpfull. You can visit three restaurant a la carte on your stay. They even gave a small shop inside hotel where you can buy anything you need with smart price. Hotel is very close to the beach and if you want, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, so you can easily reach most famous places.

United KingdomThe extra charge for late check out is the most I have paid for any hotel anywhere- including Abu Dhabi and Caribbean . The pre-booking of this was not an option through booking.com - and I believe would have been a lot cheaper. Evening bar on the deluxe side would be welcomed.
Deluxe was lovely and provided a quieter experience alongside all the activities for children. AWP was great along with the footy coaches - good mix of pools and slides. Restaurant on the deluxe side very good

Traveling with a baby and a young child, it did a lot to keep us relaxed to see the staff constantly cleaning, gardening and checking every spot of all the different areas as well as our room. Above all, thw staff was exceptional!!! Every single staff member was always attentive, helpful, constantly looking to make our experience even better and all with genuine smile and personal approach. Rudi the housekeeper was wonderful, Anastasia at the main restaurant, Vasilis and Antoni at La Tratoria, Sofia and Daniel at the relax area restaurant, Smaralda the life guard and really, every single staff member around, were amazing. I don't usually write long reviews, however we really appreciate you all!!! There were many activities for kids. unfortunately, as our child doesn't speak English, we could only join the family activities. I will say, the staff was friendly and engaging and there's plenty to do anyway, both in the hotel and out (we've rented a car and traveled around). There was a great variety of food. Personally, we would have loved to see more emphasis on traditional greek food, but did not miss options. Dinner at La Trattoria was delicious. Will defiantly come back, already thinking of our next visit. Thank you very much!
